My wife purchased a hat a couple of weeks ago and told the lady serving at the store that she needed it to go with a special outfit and she wasn't sure about the color, she would exchange it if it didn't work, the woman said nothing but just rang up her sale, we the color didn't work so we were in Grass Valley yesterday (we live about 40 minutes away) and my wife took the hat, still in the original bag into the store and before she could even say anything the man behind the counter, in a very rude and brusk way said " we don't accept returns ! he then turns away as if dismissing her!We will Never buy anything there again and I suggest you don't either unless you are 100 % sure of your choice! It wasn't the cost of the hat but just his attitude and manner that was so rude!

Yesterday, I was verbally attacked and blocked into a parking spot being prohibited from moving my truck by the male owner of Vintage on Mill. I explained to him I was another local business who had been given permission by another shop owner who shared the same back parking lot and he proceeded to tell me it was "BS" and those were HIS parking spots. I had my flashers on and was clearly unloading inventory that would have taken all of 10 minutes, as I explained over and over. He refused to believe me and when I wouldn't comply with his yelling and demands, he escalated drastically. He was the most volatile and aggressive human I've ever had the displeasure of exchanging energy with! He scared me quite a bit to the point I was shaking from head to toe, and even proceeded to take pictures of my truck. Thank goodness my friend showed up to make him move his vehicle to let me out or who knows what would have happened with the escalation. It's appalling how this local business owner behaved and treated another local business owner in our beautiful small town. What happened to neighborly values and support of one another??? He should be ashamed of himself for corning and harassing a young woman who was alone in a back parking lot. I have heard multiple complaints about this man since sharing my story with a lot of other people and small businesses in town. I'm still extremely shaken honestly and will be filing a police report.
