The store could use a little more staff, but otherwise my visit was pretty nice ?. Daniel was terrific and did a wonderful job of juggling several customers at the same time. I appreciate his help and his great customer service.

My appointment was on time and was greeted as soon as I walked in. Daniel was great on explaining everything and made sure I didn't have any questions. I've always had Samsung phones I'm keeping my fingers crossed with this goggle pixel!!

The store was unable to help with my phone issues. M'ok ... I get that certain things have been trimmed here, small town etc.
What caused my 2 ** is that the very casual, seemingly vaguely interested associate spent our entire interaction with a juicy wad of gum in the side of his cheek. This made his lackluster approach more irritating as I had to ask him to repeat himself as he spilled words from a clogged mouth. He seemed pretty disinterested and had no solutions.

Absolutely terrible customer service and wait time. Waited 45 minutes to have zero issues resolved. Also have very sneaky sales tactics. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Trevor and Raistlin were very helpful. I would work with either of them in a heart beat. Trevor took time to explain every detail from ordering the phone I wanted to how my business billing would change. When I went in to pick it up Raistlin very meticulously explained the activation process and made it super easy. I highly recommend both of them. I avoid the Brunswick store like the plague - terrible customer service there.

Daniel was fantastic and deserves 10 stars for customer service. From the moment I walked into the Verizon store, he made me feel welcome and important. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire sales process. Many thanks to him for making the sales transaction such a pleasant experience.
