Web site says this place is walk-in, but that isn't so. Call them and they'll give you an appointment. Two blood draw stations in this space with one bathroom for urine samples. Masks are required and you don't get in the door until your test time. A doorbell button is used to tell them you are outside the door. There was one chair in the hall outside the door when I last visited. This is on the second floor, indoors, with an elevator and a public bathroom on the same hallway. I needed no paperwork nor money; the order was in place when I made my appointment.

Simply outstanding! Friendly staff, great location, smooth appointment system. Even their "sticks" don't hurt. Also too, colorful bandages!

They took over an hour. When I asked for my papers so I could go to lab cor across the street. They lied and said they came out to get me and I wasn't there. That was a lie. I told them I parked the wheel chair in front of the door and the Dr. Receptionist was right there waiting with us. The Dr. Receptionist said I can't believe they just lied like that. How unprofessional... I will never go back. Nor will I take my father to them. I work at the hospital next door. I will let my patients and Co workers know not to subject our patients to that unprofessional type of behavior... Making people wait an hour is delay of care. And in my book abuse.

What a treat to have an easy, quick lab in Grass Valley. Most of the local labs have been swallowed up by Quest Diagnostics. This facility is right next door to my doctors office. Very helpful and friendly staff makes this task a breeze. I have used them on 4 different occasions, and each visit has been an excellent experience l
