I recently experienced significant damage to my 2500 Ram due to a rockfall incident involving Sami Transport on Highway 49. Following the incident, my insurance company recommended Trips Auto Body Shop for repairs. I am pleased to share that selecting Trips was an excellent decision.
The attention to detail exhibited by the team at Trips was exemplary. Their customer service was outstanding, and communication throughout the repair process was clear and consistent. Additionally, arranging a rental car through Trips was a seamless experience.

After a deer ran into my side door, I asked around about where to go to get it fixed. Everyone said Tripp's. This experience was better than I could have imagined. They fixed my door on site (free) and gave me a very reasonable estimate for a damaged bumper from a previous accident. There is a reason as to why they have a wall of hand-written thank you cards on their wall. Thank you Tripp's.

Absolutely wonderful. If your vehicle is a hunk of junk or a Maserati, these guys can really do it all. No, I don't work for them. They are certified by many like Ford and GM and many others. I have an Acura TL, it got deep scratches by a Tesla, thanks for that Richard, anywho, Tripps made it look like it had just come off the showroom floor. The paint match, the clear coat, the attention to detail, it's all done to perfection at Tripps. I worked with Rick M. Now don't get me wrong, there are cheaper places, but none can touch the quality and personal connection Tripps offers its clients. If you want your vehicle to remind you why you fell in love with it, take it to Tripps for any repair in auto body world. They are truly 5 stars.

So far so good but they are so good there is a long wait to get car fixed. We have had other car’s work done there and it has been excellent. So worth the wait.

Great experience getting my bumper fixed.Todd was very helpful in answering all my questions and made sure they took the time to color match the paint.Will definitely go back if I need any further repair work done.I highly recommend Tripp's to anyone who needs auto body repair.

I scheduled my car to be physically repaired back in November 2022. My appt was unable to get scheduled until May 2023. I understand that this is a popular place and very busy however the multiple times I had to deal with the front desk lady, I think her name is Ramona, she was condescending and rude. Since it has taken such a long time to schedule the repair the person who originally damaged my car decided to basically ghost me and when Ramona called to confirm I let her know the current situation and she couldn't have been more rude. It's unfortunate to deal with someone with this kind of attitude as a customer and I do not recommend this business based on this person's poor attitude alone. Treat your customers with respect!

Absolutely the best customer service of any autobody shop I've ever been in. I took my truck to another autobody shop in town and could not get anybody to look at it. I had to make an appointment for several weeks out just to get someone to look at the scratches on my hood. Then I took it over to Tripp's who looked at it on the spot, and gave me an extremely fair estimate. I felt there was no way the other place could beat it, so I scheduled to work with them.Price was beyond fair and they buffed it out while I waited. Everybody was so pleasant and the place was clean. I've already brought my truck back for a dent and a scratch when my truck and I got into a disagreement with a shopping cart. I was treated even better the second time!I highly recommend this place. You can trust them.

My driver's side door handle and mechanism was broken. Was told to go to an auto body store rather than a mechanic. Called Tripps and she said come on in, the boys will take a look at it. An hour of work later, Steve fixed it! He had to take the whole mechanism out to fix, reinstalled and would not accept any money! What an outstanding business!!! Good old fashioned help! I no longer have to crawl over my passenger seat, should have come to them a long time ago! Please give your business to this awesome establishment! THANK YOU TRIPPS!!!!!

I took my old Subaru with a broken driver's door handle and mechanism to have them look at it. Had been crawling over passenger seat! With no questions asked or without hesitation, they fixed it right then and there. Probably took at least an hour. The best part? Didn't charge me!! I know that is extremely unusual, I am pretty low on funds right now, driving an old car, but still!! What a fantastic business. Especially Steve. Tripps has been around here a long time, a hometown business that hasn't forgotten how to treat people. Please give your business to this awesome establishment!! I LOVE TRIPPS AUTO BODY!
