I just want to give a big shoutout to Triple M Towing. I don’t know the Driver’s name but he was a Godsend this morning. Incredibly kind and caring, he fixed something dragging under my car so that it was safe for me to drive without needing the tow. Very grateful for this kind and generous gentleman.

They drive recklessly and speed. Just passed one on 49 going way too fast and it's super windy right now. I've witnessed this for years and it still has not gotten better.

January 3 we had a snow storm and needed emergency assistance for our Jeep!! Triple M sent us a great driver, forgot his name, but he truly is awesome!! We got Jeep stuck in bad spot by fencing going over edge of road!! The guy is awesome, kind and helpful!!! Thank you Triple M GREAT JOB!!!

I called AAA towing last Saturday when my starter had died at an Airbnb and they sent a woman out from Triple M. It was THE BEST experience! She was there immediately- got my car on the truck bed with zero problems even though it was parked in a pretty steep and difficult driveway- and had it dropped off at my mechanic in minutes. Super professional and prompt.I hope I won’t need another tow for a while but if it happens I won’t hesitate to reach out to Triple M and will be recommending their service to everyone.

We were leaving for a cruise to Mexico when we went to start our car and it was completely dead...it was also blocking our second car so we could not get out of our driveway. We called AAA & Triple M Towing came out within 20 minutes. The driver, Kristy, immediately did an assessment and was able to diagnose what was going on, got the car onto her truck; she then said she would take it to our mechanic, drop off the keys, and we could get going on our trip. WOW, I can't say enough positive about Triple M Towing and Kristy!!! They are totally amazing and are more than a 5 star service. Kristy was calm (I was very anxious and not calm!), knowledgeable, respectful, and extended herself to help us to head out for our flight....the next day I spoke with the mechanic and they advised Kristy had done an excellent job positioning the car for them as they were closed at the time; they had the keys and were going to get it fixed before we returned from our vacation. Major Kudos to AAA for this service and choosing Triple M Towing for our local provider and please pass on our gratitude for Kristy.

This company will not own up to their mistakes. I called for a tow (38 miles) to the Jeep dealer because my jeep would not start. They arrived after a 3 hour wait and told me they can't take it to the dealer today because they are short staffed, rather the wanted to store my vehicle until they had staffing. I was told this could be up to 72 hours. I informed them that was not an option. They then left my yard running over the corner of my son's basketball court breaking off the corner. They denied breaking it and refuse to step up and fix what they broke. Absolutely no integrity for a business. I will share my experience with everyone I know and suggest they take their business anywhere but Triple M Towing.

Shady establishment. Weird vibes, not the friendliest staff and the owner was not nice compassionate or understanding. He would not meet us but got the feeling like he is a crook. Prey your car never gets towed or stores there!!!

Triple M is an awesome towing service. Last week a pregnant woman locked her keys in the car. I stopped to help her because she was crying. She had been there for over 3 hours,not o e person stopped to help. I called AAA, Triple M was there to save the day in 20 minutes. This was the first time I've used them. Every time they have been super efficient!
