This has been hands down, the WORST banking experience I have ever encountered. They neglected to set up access for my online account (which THEY have to do) so I have NO access to my business funds at all. They KNEW my payroll was going to be due. They promised me for *3* days they I would get access. I finally recieved access only after jumping through 4 different people and a bunch of broken promises. I then was unable to connect this account to Stripe (my payment provider) because I had to have my account rebuilt a completely DIFFERENT way. Then I was promised a temporary business card number so I could run payroll, and then was ghosted by Jake, who made the promise. AFTER I had signed up, 3 days later they disclose it takes TWO WEEKS to get a card for funds access. I would have NEVER agreed to that. Online banking is a nightmare, Stripe doesn't work out the gate, Paypal couldn't get connected and they don't allow the use of Zelle. They use the excuse of being a small community bank. Perhaps you shouldn't be in the banking industry if you can't provide SIMPLE services for your business clients. HORRIFIC experience. When attempting to close the accounts, they refused to give me $14000 from my savings and insisted on only giving me a cashier's check. Rediculous.

I have only been in this location one time to help my daughter with her student checking account to make a deposit and withdrawal. Easy enough. My daughter has relayed to me that the tellers are not consistent, friendly enough, but different tellers ask for different verification information when she goes in to do her transactions in person. Now that she's an established customer, it's a bit off putting. There is only one ATM machine outside, no drive-thru, although I have never seen a line for the ATM, so it's whatever. Lines inside are managed efficiently. This place is a well-oiled machine.

I have found that trying to bank online with Tri Counties is impossible. I've called more times than I can count, and gone to both branches talking with people who said they fixed it but did not. They are NOT USER FRIENDLY. Steer clear of this bank. Nancy H.

Was a good bank for me and I'd still be with them but I left for a credit union. 5 stars if they were a credit union

Good morning. I love this bank and all of the sweet workers. I've been staying in Sacramento with my daughter now due to health issues of my own, but I still think about the staff here often. I sent them some magazines recently for their slow times during the day, hopefully it will bring them joy. I addressed them to my favorite tellers, and also sent some for a banker that I could not remember the name of. It is my way of saying thank you for all of the kindess I have been shown. I know working at a bank can be stressful, I appreciate how they were always kind to my old and slow self. I recommend this bank for all older folk alike. It is handicap accessible and the staff made everything easy to understand. Thank you.

I have been w Tri Counties bank for hmm 7 to 8 yrs now for the last 6yrs have been using the Neal St. branch GV. I had n account for 18 yrs w a very well known larger bank until finally I made the change Tri counties is great customer service they know me by name n can say that many times I have left my card in atm duh then I get the call we have ur card to pick up! wow n thanks the 800 number well not a big fan do better calling the bank n do have direct deposit also online banking I am one who checks my account up to 5 times a day ! So nice to have that feature they r a small bank so u will not b able to locate a branch outside of GV I know of 3 n think locations in Chico? the big guys r on every corner along w fees n if ur common compared to a wealthy one well lets just say Tri counties is personable so Im pleased n remember finally all atms r suppose to free of charge now so ur bank card should b fine wherever u may be....
