Really wanted to like this place because of the suanas/hotub and locker room Amenities. I paid for a week membership and discovered there is only 1 set of dip bars for the entire gym and that's on an Assisted Dip Machine only. I love doing dips and warming up on the assisted dip/pull-up machine and they only have one and it doesn't function properly it's broken. I brought this broken machine up to two different staff members and a personal trainer who was on the floor. I also talked to a member who informed me he also told the staff about the assisted dip/pull-up machine not working correctly. I waited over a month and returned to buy a membership last week and made a membership appointment and when I returned I found the machine in the exact same state lol. Gym is soooooo packed with people I can imagine the money flowing in and all the fancy upgrades and new steam suana and now cold plunges yet you can't fix the only dip equipment in the entire gym? There must be 100 different pieces of equipment to do pullups on but ONE BROKEN MACHINE TO DO DIPS ON !?!?! I left and went over to Training Zone all their equipment works, multiple places to do dips and their Assisted Dip Machine is new, greased n works perfectly like all the rest of the gyms in town accept here. Im a reasonable person fix your dip machine and add some dip bars and I'll change my review and maybe even join but we all know no one cares n that old assisted dip machine will remain broken for prolly years and years to come. Staff don't care you can tell by talking to them.

Always a pleasure to walk into this fitness center and be greeted by a staff member. The variety of classes available is a huge perk, and the instructors seem to enjoy their job. The facility is clean, and only on occasion does it seem too busy or crowded.

This gym has had its ups and downs esp. during covid an post covid when things were really falling apart. I was a member up until summer this year and terminated my membership. As others have noted, there were lots of repairs needed and, for whatever reasons, there was a problem fixing things. Worse was some of the employees who did not have the best customer service which was really irritating. Now, I discover that they want $20 for a simple day pass!! OMG. How greedy can you get. Unfortunately, the owners have no mercy for those of us whose budget does not allow this extravagance. I paid $10 in the past and I could understand a 20% increase to 412 but 100% increase!!! Someone is out of his or her mind and it ain't me!!!

I have had nothing but a good experience at the club , the members have been nice and the staff has been cheerful and welcoming . It is clean and the pool is consistantly the same perfect tempature for lap swimming . Photos of the club are not allowed to protect the privacy of members. I have only had one person try to hit on me but it was not intrusive and when I respectfully declined further interaction I was not bothered again. I feel safe there.

I have been trying to get ahold of billing for a while now. I'm in Idaho because my uncle had brain surgery. I have not been able to cancel or get my money back for 2 month that I have paid for and not been to the gym for 2 month. They are stealing my money. I would not recommend this gym.

They are stealing my money. I've been in Idaho taking care of my uncle after brain surgery. Haven't been to the gym there for over 2 months, but I'm still being charged. The lady at billing must be on vacation since I get the voice mail everytime I call. I'm going to have to cancel my card and sue. If I could do a 0 star review I would.

It's a descent gym although I wish it was open 24 hours a day. Sometimes I want to workout at 2 or 3am. ..

After going there off and on for over 12 years, I did their special for 3 months. During that time I got Covid and could not go for 6 weeks. I asked if they would allow me to go for the 6 weeks I missed and they were not willing to do that. I thought it would be reasonable to let me have the time I lost due to Covid, but they do not care. The thing is, they would not lose money by letting me go the 6 weeks. I already paid for it. But they are losing money now because I will go elsewhere. Not a great business model. It's ok because there are plenty of other gyms in town that are way cheaper.

I love this club and highly recommend the aqua class Monday Wednesday and Friday. The staff is extremely helpful and understanding to our needs. The only problem at this club is the reservation system for the swimming lanes. The same people get the lanes almost every day which is un fair and not a good system. So many times you go and the lanes are empty even though there is no openings. If a person chooses to make reservations for a lane they should show up or cancel. Failure to cancel they should not be able to make reservations for a month. I know that this is a small problem but many suffer from it. This club has clean dressing rooms and the shower area is well set up even a shower for the guests in wheel chairs. The bathroom is also equipped for wheel chairs. I forgot that they have two lanes set up for those that choose to walk only. The basket ball court is set up to share with those who love to play pickle ball. Reservations are usually needed. Also outside you have access to a walking trail after you sun bath on the deck. Soak in the jacuzzi or sweat in the sauna. Showers are on the outside patio but be warned it is cold only. The showers by pool is set up one for handicapped and one normal. Please come this is a great spot to relax.

Excellent amenities and friendly staff! Love the classes and instructors - all bring their own unique strategies and so much energy. Thanks SYC for keeping me motivated while I recover from a running injury which was really getting me down - probably going to maintain membership even after I recover because it provides such a robust diversity of workouts - swimming, strength, courts, cycling, and awesome strength and HIIT classes!

The SYC became my go-to spot during a recent stay in the area. The equipment was in good condition and had most of everything you needed. The place felt quite crowded throughout much of mid-morning but waits for equipment weren’t outrageous. The space for floor workouts is quite cramped and without a good spot to do your thing and stay out of everyone’s way. The main fitness floor could also get pretty noisy with the sound of the classes happening a few feet away. Plenty of cardio equipment and the pool and spa were nice additions.

I really love this club. It truly has everything and I appreciate that including the sauna. People are friendly including the staff but not intrusive, which I appreciate. I don't come to the gym to hang out or make friends I just wanna be in the zone and get my workout done so it's a peaceful calm place to do this. My reason for the four stars is $84 a month is a bit to much money. I know they have a lot of amenities but I've been to other clubs with the same amount that were $20 less.
