Our bed is great, but the real reasonS they get my 5 stars is because they went above and beyond for us. I appreciate everything you guys did for us. Seth was super cool and friendly.

Typically, in the past, I resorted to online bed purchases from the “fancy” brands you see ads for.This week we happened to stop in the Sleep Shop to ask about pillows as my partner and I have been having trouble sleeping and were thinking about a new mattress too.Adam was so kind and took the time out of his day to explain the ins and outs of pillow selection and the importance of tailoring your pillow to the type of bed and sleep behavior you may have, all without any notion of wanting to sell us on a bed (or even pillows at that point).He explained to us how to test a mattress and what to look for in case we found ourselves at another vendor purchasing a bed. All and all, great customer service and a warm and welcoming salesperson filled with more knowledge than I could have imagined receiving coming into a mattress store.Ultimately, my partner and I turned around on our way home to head back and purchase our new mattress (and some new pillows) from Adam and his team as we didn’t think we could trust anyone else with our sleep. They delivered and set up the new bed and took away our old bed and frame.Highly recommend this location if you are on the market for a better sleep experience.

BUYER BEWARE! My wife picked out a matress at this store. 3 years later it is sinking in the middle. As it is a pillow-top, it can't be flipped over. She said that the salesman kept steering her towards this matress. Although she was willing to buy a more expensive matress, he kept saying what a great matress it was, what a good deal for the price, etc. Maybe because we're really, really old, or because she's a woman, he felt like he could pawn off a crummy matress on her. BTW I called and asked if they had this matress in stock, and they don't carry it anymore...go figure!I figure that if they were so willing to screw a new customer over, there is no point in arguing with the owners. We recently went to the OTHER matress store in grass valley and bought a better matress for less money...and it has a 10 year warranty!

Absolutely fantastic experience! My husband and I did our homework, we knew what we were looking for and could not be swayed. We were just going to do some in person research before we actually bought...thinking we would just do it online. We walked through the doors and tried to avoid eye contact- we wanted to beeline to the back and browse on our own. I am SO glad that Adam persisted with a few questions, which, I admit, seemed odd at first, but I could tell he was extremely knowledgable about mattresses, sleep styles and what overall would be best for both of our very different sleep needs. Truth be told, we bought that day and got something that we didn't know that we wanted- but made us equally happy. Adam found us the best price without us even asking. They were flexible with our crazy work schedules, delivered on time and quick! (I think they were in and out of our house in less than 10 minutes!) The new bed is incredibly comfortable and every time I lay down, I realize just how much I suffered with the old one. Could not be happier! Thanks Adam- we are sleeping like babies!PS- we looked online at the same mattress- it would have cost us almost double!!!!

Good customer service.Most beds are way way way over priced...Not the place to go if you're on a budget.Dont know how they stay in busniess...

100% positive shopping experience. Staff is knowledgeable friendly and know their stuff.Sleep shop has two locations one in Grass Valley one in Auburn they have a great selection of mattresses and Home Furnishings.I was looking for top of the line mattress starting in Roseville all the way to Grass Valley..I find that their prices are just as good if not better then what I would find in Sacramento or the Roseville area.The delivery guys were very professional and respectful of my home they took great care in delivering my purchase.I definitely will be doing business in the future with sleep shop and I think you should also give them a try you'll be satisfied as well..Shop local and support your local businesses..

Me and my fiancé came in and just felt uncomfortable from the start not only does it look kinda trashy inside but the sales man was supper weird. at first he was questioning us why we even came in. We explained to get a mattress but he looked so confused. Then he asked if we wanted one for daily sleeping or not daily sleeping which I thought was quite weird then he only showed us 2 mattresses that were on sale and walked away. I'm pretty sure it was the owners son his name was Adam. We eventually left because we felt uncomfortable...

Three days after I bought a mattress, I found out that they don't do returns. The mattress I bought was so bad I can't possibly use it any longer, and at $1500+, is now a total loss. Buyer beware!

I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Walked in looking to purchase a bed for my mother. 2 guys sitting behind desk. On their phones. We were not greeted. Asked about a few beds. Then I asked about another and he just said that’s an expensive bed and walked away back to his phone. I was looking to purchase that day. Lost a sale simply to no real customer service. And being on their cell phones.

I had a bed delivered to a senior assisted living facility. They did a good job with the purchase and delivery. I would have given them 5 stars, but they never discussed the box springs size and we had to return it and pay another $30.00. Ouch!
