Not evening you'd like to see in a feed store. But from what I understand they moved from another location and they are working on it?
Although, I got 4 bales of orchard grass and a lot of each bale was moldy. When I brought in a sample and explained... It went nowhere.
So, take that what you may. There's not a lot of options in Grass Valley so we're kind of stuck.

I went into the new store on Railroad Ave to get some rice straw. I have a Tundra with a 6 foot bed that I thought would hold about 6 bales. The person helping me said "I can stack 18 bales on your truck". I settled for 12. Watching the loading was impressive. In the end, it was loaded and tied down with no worry of falling out. The person loading my truck was Julia. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She loves her job and it shows in her attention to service. I have been going to Simply Country (Ridge Feed) for over 30 years and will continue to do so.

I like to shop local and family owned but my last experience was very unpleasant the cashier was unfriendly unhelpful I felt like I was bothering her, a few days later I called to complain they asked who I was complaining about I told them and they transferred me to her ! Very unprofessional! I am a senior and I have a choice where to by my pet supplies. Incredible Pets will get my money from now on
