I did not realize this shop works on equipment that they do not sell! They saved me a ton of money swapping-out tires on my v-twin. Their prices are great too! Did I say that they saved me big bucks! What more can you ask for, great shop!

Took two wheels off of my V-Twin and brought them in to have new Michelin's put on. The back counter guy was friendly and took care of my service request quickly. They saved me a ton of money, and these days, that is HUGE! I received the wheels back that the service was perfect, no issues at all. I was looking at a couple motorcycles in there shop, the Honda Scrambler really caught my eye. Low pressure sales, the sales person answered my questions and I left a happy customer, They saved me money!!!

I called on the phone to get a price on shear bolts for our snowblower. The parts person gave me a price that was double to what honda online has them for sale for. I ask why the price was so high and he hung up on me without saying anything. I've been in the store many times, and they are very rude and not helpful at all. I would not recommend this store. And I wouldn't buy anything from them, I would go down to Roseville / Sacramento area to shop.

Not attentive sales people. Not terribly knowledgeable or even remotely courteous either. Not one single person asked if I needed help finding anything but the workers proceeded to stare at me the entire time, while I shopped for women's road biking apparel. I honestly felt very creeped out and couldn't wait to get the hell out of there! They have a very limited supply of gear marketed towards women. There was hardly anyone in here as well.

Sierra Motorsports has never been anything other than professional with me. They've not only worked on my Honda products, but have even taken my Polaris which they don't officially service. When they were booked out recently, they recommended a new Polaris service center (via a long, detailed email) I wasn't even aware of to make sure I got help. Pretty great community service if you ask me.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE TIRES HERE. so a week or so ago, I took my husband's front bike tire in to have the tube replaced ('96 Harley Dyna Wideglide). cost about $70 but was done the same day. well not even a week later, the tire won't hold air again so we took it to a different shop and turns out the whole entire rim is so rusted underneath that it had cracked and was cutting a hole into the tube. nothing was ever said to us about the completely trashed rim which could've cost my husband his life had it broken while on the road. needless to say we will NEVER be giving our business here again and will advise our friends to do the same.
