TWICE now I've gone in with a very minor issue, mainly to get advice on how it might be fixed cheaply. In both cases the owner said hold on, went back inside, grabbed a tool or two, maybe a washer, then came out and fixed it on a handshake. Wouldn't take my money. Yes, people and businesses like this still exist.If I ever need *real* bodywork done, this is the only place I'll ever consider.Service: Body & Trim

I cannot say enough about Mike, the owner, and the staff. I unfortunately had to bring my vehicles here several times for different incidents. There was major damage on one but Mike made it look and run like it was new. The best around.

I've been to Sierra Auto Body three times with two different cars. Every time they've done an excellent job. They're friendly and helpful. The first time I had an issue with my previous car I brought it to the dealer's auto body shop in Auburn. The second time I figured I'd try a local shop and went to Sierra Auto Body. I'm really glad I did. They were much nicer to work with and even undid some of the bad "repair" that the dealer's shop did. When I get my car back it has always been cleaned inside and out. Plus there are usually friendly dogs in the office!

I made an appointment for an estimate. Brought my car in, and to replace the bumper and paint it would’ve been well over $1,000 which I wasn’t to excited to spend. He was able to readjust a few things, add in some screws and did a repair on the spot free of charge!! So appreciated! They were also very professional and well managed office. I have needed the services of an auto body shop three times in this past year! Each and every single time, Sierra Auto Body has gone above and beyond what was expected. This latest instance was just out of the ballpark: because of manufacturing and shipping delays with Covid, I could not get a windshield replacement for three months. My rental car use was only for 30 days. The owners, Mike and Astrid, we're not only willing to lend me one of their personal cars but... when the windshield did become available, 8 HOURS AWAY (in another city), Mike left at 5 AM in the morning, drove, picked up the only one available and returned to install it into my car. Unbelievable! I only know these people as a business customer but let me tell you, I will never forget their customer service and will recommend them every chance I get. Thank you Sierra Auto Body!
