Made a special trip based on website description. Very, very limited selection, lovely, friendly receptionist but she really didn't seem like a hair professional, not quite sure what full purpose of this location is. They had a few wigs, all for a very specific look and ethnicity, staff didn't really know product ingredients other then sales pitch, really poor lighting where I tried wig on and just not the experience, selection or education I went for. Looked up the wig I purchased online and seems like I was also over-charged? Would've been nice to have an actual hairdresser available to help with selection. Also didn't love that my credit card was carbon-copied.

Purchased a bottle of China Glaze brand polish from Sam's Beauty Suppy. The polish was bad! Super! Runny! I tried to return the polish and was going to purchase the more expensive brand of OPI polish. The clerk said "unfortunately returns were not allowed," and handed me a business card with the owners contact information so I could talk to the owner. LOL. Waste of time! I told her she could keep the polish but recommended throwing it in the garbage. I went to CVS instead and purchased 2 bottles of OPI... Sam's could have made more money. Instead, they get a bad review & lose a customer.

If anybody has a suggestion of a new salon, please let me know the new owners do not confirm appointments I'm 65 cancer. Patient had surgery on my knee on crutches and I need to reschedule and I was a day late. They need half of what my normal bill would be to reinstate me I don't have the $60 because of the $120 to have my hair done, can someone please request me request somebody who does confirmations today before I need that because of my medication and I'm 65 going through treatment

I have been going here for years to get hair products and the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful! Top of the line shampoos and conditioners. They also have a full service wig salon as well as a hair salon in the back of the establishment. Walk ins welcome. You tell them what you are looking for and they will guide you to the right products! A true gem in Grass Valley!
