Excellent customer service. The Roadrunner Automotive Techs are very thorough with their inspections.
First visit for an oil change, so far so good. A few days later, the oil-cooler connection came loose and dumped my oil out. Ding-ding-ding. Fortunately I was two blocks away at my dentist's. RRA installed the correct connector and washed the engine and re-filled the oil all at no charge, of course.
Third visit, they discovered rodent chewed wires, which caused the "Check Engine" light. Their charge for "Diagnostics" is their labor charge of $160/hr. Took 3 hours to chase down the problems. Sigh. The sensor harness was chewed up, had to wait for new harness and sensors to come in. After that install, everything was good to go, except a "Service 4-wheel Steer" error. So with further inspection, *more* rodent damage showed up and the need for yet another sensor, which did not work upon install. Getting sensors is a dicey proposition for my 21 yo truck, (2003 GMC Sierra Denali). So now, because of Labor Day, I'm looking at possibly an 8-day shop visit. They took pictures so we could prove to the insurance company that it was rodent damage. Unfortunately, the charge came out to be twice the original estimate, but they didn't put the mice in the engine compartment and those little b@stards chewed wires in multiple places and just raised hell with the vehicle's computer after killing several sensors.
I've taken my truck to several mech-a-niks over the years and RRA gives estimates that they stick to and there are no surprises on the bill. We, at RRA's suggestion, tied bounce sheets to each corner of engine compartment, added two ultrasonic rodent repellers and placed peppermint oil soaked cotton balls in passenger compartment. We are also adopting two feral cats, maybe they'll hunt the mice! Anyway, many thanks to Roadrunner for their excellent service. Photos attached.

I was encouraged to go to this shop by all the shining reviews, unfortunately I will not be going back.
Originally, I was bringing my car in for an oil change and was hoping to also get my check engine light scanned to see what else could be fixed. My car is an older model, so I’m used to the general care it needs. At other places locally when I need to get my oil changed, they would also scan the check engine to see if they can figure out what else needs to get fixed and wouldn’t charge me heads and tails for it. But when I first brought my car in, there were a few things I was hoping they’d check for me but they didn’t even get to my oil change. It also took two hours to even see what the issues were and charged way more for that than I expected. I thought I was also paying for the oil change at the start, but that was not the case. After they found multiple things wrong with my car, they gave me multiple estimates for how much those things would cost. At that point, I should’ve just called my car friends and looked for quotes at other car shops, but I decided to take my car back there, hoping they would fix one of the issues they found quickly and efficiently. They said it would take around an hour and a half, it took over three hours. My air conditioning has been broken, and they thought adding an extra part would fix that, once they were done with the other issue, they confirmed that they had fixed my air conditioner, when I got my car back finally, my AC went out almost immediately after. This whole experience has been very frustrating, especially after numerous people told me they overcharged me. Part of that was my fault for not doing more research, I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I learned my lesson.
The customer service was good aside from all that, and there were two very cute old pugs there the second day which was a plus. The lady at the front also let me borrow her phone charger at one point. Very nice people.

Stopped in to schedule a smog check and was surprised to find
that they were able to do immediately ! I was back on the road 20 minutes later! Nice people - quick service .

Roadrunner has worked on my Lexus in the past and did a terrific job at a reasonable price. This time my Nissan truck needed a smog certificate -- dropped the car off at the appointed time, took a walk around the block, and the job was completed when I returned. This is a very ethical company that does excellent work. I will continue to bring my Lexus SC430 and Nissan truck in for any and all repairs.Thanks for the terrific service!

I love this shop. I took my truck in for an oil change and they did a thorough inspection of my truck and let me know of a few issues that needed to be addressed. I took care of a couple things but waited for my next oil change to have Roadrunner change the oil pan gasket. These people are friendly and knowledgeable and their shop is super clean and organized. Great place. Highly recommend.

I started using Roadrunner to get my cars smogged. They have recent replaced my suspension, brakes, and preformed a tune up. I would highly recommend them. I find them to be very honest, responsive, and reasonable.
