I'm changing my preferred pharmacy immediately. This isnt it. These people are rude and incompetent. I feel sorry for anyone suffering or in pain just trying to get their prescription and have to deal with these people on top of everything else. It's not worth it. Find a place that cares.

This store has improved greatly able to have 60 days used to be the worst Drugstore but now It is a pleasure to shop there.

The RiteAid store itself is fine, but avoid the pharmacy if you can. The pharmacy is poorly staffed to the point where they may not even answer the phone, lines to pick up prescriptions can be 20-30+ minutes long, and some of the staff clearly do not want to work in customer service. The pharmacists are good and friendly, but you will rarely get to speak with them unless you specifically request them.The Grass Valley location has had consistent problems with staffing for several years now. If possible, try using the Brunswick Basin CVS or Walgreens, or Raley's, Target/CVS, if those are closer to you. I've heard from multiple doctors and patient's that Dokimo's is the best in town, but they aren't always accepting new patients.

This place is so slow and unprofessional. They need to hire about 10 more people to work in that pharmacy so prescriptions don’t take hours or even days and so someone answers the dang phone when you call.

They have a sign on the station saying lunch from 1 to 2 pm… I got there while someone else was being helped and they literally shut the door on me and said come back… doesn’t say they’re closed online…

The pharmacy here has gotten horrible drive thru has closed and associates are rude they don’t answer the phone and apparently they don’t check their fax machine, I doctor fax prescription twice and they say they never received it so I had to physically bring in my prescription employee that helped me yashika what is the most unpleasant rudest employee I have ever seen.

Terrible. They just don’t care. I have very serious cancer treatments and need my pain relievers or I can’t do anything besides lay on the floor and scream in pain. Does this matter to them? No it doesn’t.
