We were able to have our meds delivered to curb side pick up. This hasn't been available for months as the credit card thing doesn't work. This is terrible for us elderly folks who can't stand in line for 30-40 minutes. I am sending my prescriptions to another pharmacy. This is no good business.

employees are generally very helpful and try hard. i only fill here for convenience of the location, and I expect problems for basic stuff every time. there is always some issue. not the employees fault.they're why you get 3 Stars.

First of all I rarely ever post reviews; however, after recently experiencing the atrocious customer service and lack of professionalism by the Pharmacist Kathleen I feel compelled to share this experience in hopes that corrective action can be taken. I arrived to pick up a prescription that we were informed by staff earlier that it was ready to pick up. Upon arrival we were told essentially that we were not able to retrieve the prescription. Without going into too much detail, I was shocked when the pharmacist was yelling at us from behind the partition about the status of the prescription and divulging details such as the strength of the prescriptions. This should have been handled as a private consultation not screaming details for the 5 other people standing in line to hear. This was beyond unprofessional, rude and a violation of HIPPA. This person should not be entrusted with this position, period!

Don’t waste your time ordering e-cart pick up. They never tell you ahead they aren’t doing it! So you will waste your time. They will take your money and then take a while to return it. This store is not reliable for the e-cart service! When they did this to me the first time I even lost the coupons and credits I earned. I will officially boycott this store and will share these experiences with everyone!

Called dentist for an antibiotic and dentist's assistant called in a prescription that was to be ready in 45 minutes. After waiting in line half an hour to pick up prescription, I'm told they have no record of my prescription. Called the dentist's office, got information on when the prescription was called in. Called the Pharmacy and they found my prescription and would get right on it. I told them I could not drive back to Raley's today and when is a good time to avoid the long line. There is no good time I was told. Lesson learned: always call to see if they have my prescription ready before driving there, especially if you aren't feeling well........

This isn’t CVS or Walgreens, Get over it!Very thoughtful and thorough Pharmacists and staff. I’ve received several calls to make sure my meds are on track. Sometimes there’s a slight inconvenience do to staffing , but I think they’re great!
