I was so happy with the woman who took my blood. I have floating veins and always arrive anxious. I apologize I don't remember her name but she rocked it. She got it the first time. Yay for me!! :)

I received the text from Quest that I had Lab's due, you can't talk to anyone at Quest to get any information, and I had nothing from any Dr.s I drove to Quest and asked one of the staff if She could look up the Order, I /did not know if I needed to Fast or anything else and I call all my Dr's offices and none had any Lab Requests for me. Your staff member looked up my orders and confirmed I did have an order from one of my Dr.s that I had called and confirmed the appointment I had made for the next day at 0900 , a great help to me, The next day as I trice to check in your automated check in said I had no appointment ??? I again caught the same Phlebotomist who was very busy and told her I could not check me in, She remembered me and looked it up, sat me down and gave me the best "Poke" I have ever had, filled the order and got me out of there. I don't remember her name but she was great, smarter than my Dr's, more efficient that your Automated Check in, and made my day. please figure out who did my labs, and fixed the appointment and tell her (Thank You) and give her a raise$. Quest diagnostics on glasson way has the nicest team. Every single person I have met is extremely sweet and caring and is really good at poking my arm just once for blood work. Very professional I highly recommend.

I'm always called back immediately after I arrive. I love the phone check in option. The employees are very good, sometimes I don't even feel the poke.
