One person there. Soooo rude wouldn't even listen. I was in Auburn for appointment but they didn't have me down but she said Grass Valley has appointment at 9:50 and I said ill drive another 26 miles since I fasted. When I got there and tried to check in said couldn't find appt. Tried to explain to tech but she basically slammed the door on me and said she couldn't see me.

I go in every 3 months and have never had a problem with staff. As soon as you walk in there has always been someone to greet me with a "Hello, I'll be right with you." I check in and my wait time has always been less than 5 minutes.

yea, the wait was long if you don't make an appointment. it was long because there was one woman working there at that time. I give this a 4 out of 5 because when I was getting my blood drawn I was starting to pass out and the woman working there lisa was very quick and prompt and took the situation very professionally. I do understand that it is her job to do that but she made me feel very calm and helped me get back to normal and I really appreciated that. thank you Lisa!

It is unbelievable that the last four times I have went to Quest for bloodwork for myself or a family member, not once have they been able to do it. Every time, there is a problem and I have to go back three or four times to get it done. They have lost the blood order, they have canceled an appointment that I made, they have told me that I need an appointment, yet wouldn't let me make one in the office. Or the last time it was: "Surprise! There's a new office policy- no walk-ins after 3:30". One time, they even lost my son's blood, and he had to redo a test! The incompetence and the complete lack of ease in which to get bloodwork done is so frustrating, and unfortunately since my doctor wants it done there, we are stuck going there multiple times for a simple blood test. The only thing you can rely on, is that you have to go back about four times to get your test done. It's ridiculous.

Hands down best blood test experience I’ve had. In and out in under 12 minutes, and Lisa was all smiles and love. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Check in kiosk was super quick and easy. Parking and facility were nice and clean. Carrie drew my blood easily (I’m usually a hard stick) and was kind and helpful.

Went with an appointment. My insurance lists them as accepting providers, even called my insurance before and after. They said they would not accept my insurance. My insurance offered to call them, but honestly the staff were rude and didn't seem to know what they were doing, I didn't want them drawing my blood. They couldn't figure out the labs I brought that had orders.

there's been a lot of snow and some businesses are open and others are closed, I thought quest would be open or you wouldn't be able to make an appointment, right? well I got there 5 minutes late in my Honda Accord without any chains or cables and no surprise any excuse there is not to show up, there's a little snow, it's not a blizzard but since quest draws peoples blood and performs other important tests I thought for sure they would be there but I thought wrong.

The staff are so rude. If you do not make an appointment ahead of time there is a confusing intake process that the on-site staff micromanage. Essentially, the phlebotomist on staff at this location the day I came in and logged in for a "stand by appointment," said that standby is "when they feel like serving you." That might be after their lunch or coffee break, as was explained to me in choice words. The computer you check in on does not state that stand by is that lose of a concept. When I asked to speak to the manager, the woman helping me said, "I am speaking on behalf of the manager." Customer service 101, if your customer interaction has escalated to the point of your customer asking for the manager, a true professional will oblige. Nasty.

I wish I could give zero stars. The boy (Connor) who helped me was extremely rude and unprofessional to the point of having me cry unable to hold back my tears. Some people shouldn’t be in healthcare because they lack empathy, patience, kindness and professionalism. That is the case here.

You can't reach anyone by phone and making reservations online is so difficult I finally went with Labcorp where making an appointment online was a breeze.

Just a heads up..This lab used to be a combination of an appointment or walk in system, now if you walk in, you must use a kiosk machine to make an appointment, do not expect any help from a person, you interact with the machine and that's it. Then you leave and come back when it's your appt. time. It's an impersonal assembly line approach to lab testing.

I’ve often been told that I have small veins. I’m guessing it’s true based on usually getting multiple pokes and bruises, as well as many phlebotomists choosing to use a butterfly needle on my hand to collect blood - if they can draw it from me at all - over the years. The Quest phlebotomists at the Sierra College Drive location have never failed to find a good vein. That’s why I choose to ONLY go there.I love how I can schedule an appointment online. It’s so easy! I had my blood drawn recently and Cheri C. did a great job. She was friendly, gentle, professional, and fast. She also said that my veins were not that bad :)

I have found the phlebotomists to be very understanding and sympathetic to my feelings and requests. I have not been an easy "stick" in the past at hospitals and found excellent skill and experience at the Sierra College Blvd Quest in Grass Valley. I return there with little anxiety due to my past positive experiences.

This Add comes up on google search showing me they will be open till three. But on the door at 12:30 it said closes at 11am. Also it doesn't say anything here about it is necessary to have an appointment. But if you call the number having an appointment gives you priority. And on the door is says no walk ins! I was so upset, I could have called Penn VAlley but my doctors office told me to just go back the next day. Not.If these people are so unprofessional as to make some clear communication then what kind of test results would they have. Pandemic or no! I will remember this treatment.
