Always a great experience! Came in this morning as my check engine light just came on. They got me in within the hour and could not have made the process any easier. Despite the fact that they are super busy all the time, their service is consistently good and the staff could not be nicer. They know what they are doing and are very reliable and responsive. This is why I keep coming back. I highly recommend Big Brand Tire.

Thank you to the fine staff of big brand tires in grass Valley for taking time during their very busy day to fix my tire; ran over a screw and it was losing air quickly, they were able to get me in and out in about an hour.

Had a terrible experience today. Booked an appointment online for an oil change for 2pm. Drove 35 minutes to town and got there early, as suggested. Waited 10-15 minutes for the guy at the counter to help those on calls. Then was told the service would take about an hour. I left and got back 3:15. The place was packed, long line, the desk attendant answering multiple calls. Clearly overbooked. Sat down a moment, to wait to go to the counter to pay, thinking my car was done. Then looked outside and saw my car was in the same spot, they had not even worked on it at all. No one could tell me what happened, did not offer me any explanation, and tried to make up dishonest excuses. I wasted an hour and a half of my time due to incompetence and overbooking. Very disappointing.

Gave me a plug when I asked for new tires and before someone says I saved money. NO 2nd time I brought the same tires there and they aired it up. Save the headaches I have nothing to gain writing this. Go somewhere you get the service you ask for.

These guys are great! Shout out especially to Joshua. I nicked my tire going down a rocky dirt road on a wilderness trip this weekend. I had a slow leak and so decided to stop in to check it out. Big Brand Tire diagnosed the leak and patched it quickly, took maybe 30 minutes. When I went to pay for the service, they informed me they weren’t going to charge for it since it hadn’t taken much time. I love the great customer service and integrity. I would definitely give them my business next time I need Tires or service.

Had a problem on Friday after work and before my second job. 1 hour from home and over an hour to my second job.. needless to say I couldn’t wait 6 days to get it done.. didn’t want to get stuck so far from work or home.. they squeezed me in and took care of me and my car! Ty Big Brand! Grass valley location. Josh had every right to turn me away yet didn’t. He appreciated my situation and choose to step up and help. The crew there is great.. unfortunately I do know the name of the guy who did the work. You know who you are and Ty!
