My husband and I placed an order for a Ragim bow on July 2. Payment was posted July 4. We never received shipping information so we tried to contact him about a week later. No response. We contacted him via email and phone calls multiple times for over 3 weeks with no response. Finally we were able to reach him by phone and he explained that the Ragim bows were on backorder and he could not get them. He offered alternatives which did not meet our needs. He asked for a week to sort it out with his manufacturer and if he wasn't able to get us the bow, he would refund the full amount. We waited over a week with no response and no refund. We emailed and called him. He said he would refund the payment and requested that we email him again to remind him which we did. Why should we as the consumer remind him to do his job? He can't supply the bow then he should refund payment immediately. He obviously was aware of this issue in early July and should have contacted us immediately and refunded our money without delay. It is over 5 weeks since we ordered the bow and no refund. I own my business. I know that things happen but not refunding the customer's money for an unreceived product in a timely manner is ridiculous. Don't order online from him.

For my wife's birthday I wanted to upgrade her recurve with stronger arms and I was looking for quite a while for a decently priced set with reasonable shipping costs. When I saw Pat had the arms I was looking for he helped set me up with shipping and even shaved shipping costs by fitting the limbs into a smaller box.Excellent service and a pleasure to do business with.

Never shot a bow before, Pat helped set the bow up - draw length, sights and peep. Very good instructor, kind and knowledgeable for sure. Has a full bow shop so he can make all the adjustments on site. Loved the whole experience.
