“AJ is a master of the crazy problems that BMWs seem to find their way into. He studies manuals, has creative solutions to problems that even stump the dealer, and seems to enjoy the challenge. He repaired my non-functional hard top convertible at 1/8 the price the dealer quoted me. We're lucky to have him.”
“Bill is a seasoned engineer. Knowledgeable, interesting, thorough and trustworthy. A true Mensch. He pretty much rebuilt the 30 year old AC system in my van after the old system (with the old ozone eating refrigerant) blew up.
I'm 66 years old and can count on one hand the times someone else other than myself worked on my vehicle. However, I have never done AC systems. There was no question of his ability and integrity.
His estimate was quite reasonable and I was informed on any overrun ( hoses had to be fabricated by a different skilled tradesman).
It's just nice to have someone of his caliber solving the problems.
