“I had a fairly complicated issue as my phone had stopped working alltogether. The guy who helped me, Sage was good in every way. He was very patient, very thorough in his explanation of my options, very knowledgeable in both the business side of this transaction as well as the technicalities of the various devices. It was urgent I had a working phone and we had to try and figure out pin codes, and all sorts of other info to access info from my non functional device, and as I was considering a new device as one of my options, he steered me to exactly what I was looking for. Bottom line is several hours later I now have a working new phone and my monthly bill will be almost $50 LESS than it has been. You are fortunate to have him on your staff!”
