I had been purchasing sheets from Lifekind exclusively for nearly 2 decadesBut the last ones were scratchy, must have been from a different source. I called to let them know, hoping for a validation, a return, but the gal(who probably hadn't worked there as long as I had been using their products) could only offer a $50 credit. Of which I told her I would never useThere are too many sources to buy organic sheets from these day. Sorry to say. But this company has gone down hill

The reviews on their website are totally fake. I placed an order, had to follow up on it twice with zero communications from them. After a week or so they explained there’s no stock, and told me that I should expect it in another 2-3 weeks.Bad communication and service. Avoid.

I have been a customer of Lifekind, having ordered the Egyptian cotton blanket, a throw blanket, a shower head with chlorine filter, kitchen dish towels, bath towels, bath mats, and, I think, an ironing board cover. Just recently I ordered kitchen towels, and I laundered them before using them. When I began to try to dry dishes with one of the new towels, I realized that the towel had no ability to absorb the moisture. In fact, I noted that beads of water just sat on top of the kitchen towels. The customer service lady told me that she had these towels and had the same problem with them until they had been laundered a few times. Well, here is my thought: they may be made of organic cotton, but I surmise that the material might have chemical "finishes" that impede the absorbency. I am waiting for another response from their customer service, but I wonder if the company will be unwilling to make things right. Definitely will be going to other companies for this type of ware from now on. I advise others to look farther, too, as I have not been overly impressed with their towels or their bath mats as they frayed not long after I had purchased them. From reading so many other negative reviews, the company should be ashamed to be caught in its lack of care and integrity.

While the quality of the products I have ordered is excellent, the customer service is dreadful. I recently ordered a small stuffed bear for a new baby, cost just over $28. The shipping cost, however, was almost $20!!!! After arguing with them to no avail I went ahead and ordered it since the mother had chosen it from several items I suggested. Then it took almost a week to be shipped. I contacted them again and told them how annoyed I was and suggested that they offer me $10 off the shipping. No dice. Finally it was shipped and after 2 days of FedEx tracking telling me it would be delivered last Saturday and my telling the new parents to look for it, Fed Ex tracking now says: No scheduled delivery date available at this time. What!! And if you think LifeKind cares, you're wrong. They don't. I've had it with them. They're fine if you have a good experience with them, but if there's a problem.........

I ordered two pillows to try. On receiving, I knew immediately that one would not work. It was too think. I followed instructions and did not even open the plastic bag in which it was shipped before I returned it. The pillow cost $83.30 They only refunded $57.65, and I had to pay the return shipping. There was no reason to refund less than the original cost. The second pillow, which I am using, is filled with shredded rubber. While it mostly adjusted to my sleeping style, it is HEAVY and difficult to adjust during the night. I don't recommend this pillow to anyone. I will not purchase from this company again.

Ordered a bed for my cat directly from lifekind. They sent an email that I have to download a third party app "shop", sign up on the app just to track the order which is pathetic and very inconvenient. After 23 days of zero tracking information and zero communication, I called them and spoke to a rude hostile "admin" and then eventually a team member. They had no idea when the item would ship, I cancelled and demanded a refund immediately. I would never do business with this company again and you should highly avoid it.

Stay away from this place. They have no respect for your time. You place an order, and things appear to be in stock, but they don't ship it for 3 weeks without any communication. At the end, they're just like sorry we wasted your time. I will never buy from this place again. Horrible customer service. Hard to get a hold of, and not helpful when you do get a hold of them. Very poor communication. Very frustrating experience.

This company does not stand by any warranty please be warned. I bought an extremely expensive mattress from them (along with sheets and bedding, spent a fortune). The mattress collapse after 2 years. I am only 5'1" and 95 pounds so this had nothing to do with my size. They made me go through all kinds of stuff to make sure it met their standards for warranty. Then told me I had to donate it to get half my money back. Guess what there is no place that takes donated mattresses anymore. Can you believe these people? I am so furious and frustrated. This has taken dealing with them for two years trying to get refunded.

I bought a certified organic wool comforter from Lifekind. I received it quickly and confirmed it had the GOTS label on it. Unfortunately, it STINKS. Like barnyard. I know wool bedding items have a slight lanolin odor but the smells like dirty sheep and the odor emanates from it. I emailed customer service and received no response. I left a review and confirmed my email but it has not posted. Now I noticed that there are zero 1,2, or 3 star reviews. I would NOT recommend this company for their lack of honesty and integrity.

I have purchased 9 mattresses (for 2 homes) over the last dozen years and love them! I have also had great customer service over the years. A friend and also my mother-in-law also purchased mattresses at Lifekind after staying at my homes.

We've been a long time customer. This month, we purchased four organic cotton towels. Towels arrived so we washed in Goat Milk Soap (GMS laundry soap is simply made with goat milk soap, borax, washing soda, and baking soda. It doesn't contain any nasty, unwanted chemicals and is not designed to bind to your clothing. Laundry soap is made with real goat milk soap and is a wonderful alternative to store bought laundry detergents that can be irritating to the skin and bad for the environment). After use, towels have terrible smell. Spoke with Sara at CS. Told to try baking soda (which is in the GMS). Rewashed with baking soda then with white vinegar. No change! Would NOT recommend these towels. Will not be purchasing anything else from LifeKind.

Read the fine print the 20 year warranty is anything but. The bed collapses after a few years and money back gaurantee is so conditional as to be truly worth nothing.

I've been a customer since 2000. I have bought a crib mattress and some linens, and my experience is that this is a company with terrific integrity; they will talk with you about the advantages and limitations of their products, which few sellers will do.

I have own this mattress for almost 3 years. It's awful. The mattress constantly needs to be flipped but even with that being said, it dips and the dips do not leave. They are substantial dips. If you weigh over 170 this is not a commitment you want to make.
