My Realtor warned me against using this place, and I should’ve listened. Dropped the ball so many times left broken glass everywhere didn’t have enough supplies to finish the job. It took three weeks for them to finish it after I called 5 times. They then came outside of the scheduled area when I wasn’t home, still left 2 windows incomplete and then blamed it on me. sent me a bill before they finished things and then when I called to see what was going on was treated, so disrespectfully and rudely. Never again. There are better companies in town.

They said they could replace the glass in my husband's van kept it and the platelet for 3 days and said nope we can't do it. Not good.

I had special sized glass cut and tempered for special shelving. The glass fit perfectly and was exactly what I wanted. As for value I think that the price was fair and not overly expensive for this area.

Rude, Unprofessional People. They waste our time then have no reason why they didn't show up to determine an estimate.

IF YOU HAD GOOD SERVICE FROM GRASS VALLEY GLASS, YOU WERE LUCKY.I set up an appointment the week before. The morning before the appointment I called to confirm the time etc. My associate also called that morning to confirm. We waited 1&1/2 hours, and no show. I called Grass Valley Glass to ask why no one showed up and why no one called us to cancel the appointment or at least a reasonable explanation. I got a lot of double talk and the run around. The woman and her Boss wanted me to reschedule and wait another week. Because I never did get a sensible explanation why they flaked out I asked again why we did not receive a call to cancel or whatever, then she hung up the phone. Unprofessional rude people there. PS: I found out later from one of their employees that Grass Valley Glass themselves post most of their good reviews!!

Who's on First??? It's like going to the building department, you get a different answer depending on who you talk to. The people seem nice and they gave me a refund, so the three stars reflect that. But at the end of the day, I got bad advice mulitple times from different people, and wasted about three to four hours of my time going back and forth with them about information they had but seemed to have lost or not looked at. And then there was the window I supposedly ordered that was just the glass. It turns out I was able to reset the exsing glass myself since it was just a seal issue, which I told them. Guess I should have just tried to fix it myself. (not often I say that) Only took twenty minutes.Maybe they do good work, so don't let me scare you away. Just make sure you are very clear about what is happening.

My mother called Grass Valley Glass for an appointment. They asked for her phone number to call back, we waited 3 days, they never called. I decided to call them myself, and they gave me a date and time to meet with us. 4 days later they wanted to reschedule our appointment, I agreed. My mother called them to ask questions. My mother called me crying telling me how rude and mean they were to her with her questions. I was so angry, how can they treat an elderly lady like this? I called them, they said my mother is senile would not talk to me! OMG, this business is the worst experience I ever had! I will find another Glass Company that is friendlier and wants our business!

We had an appointment to meet at our industrial building with their representative. I called two hours prior to the scheduled meet to confirm. Waited 1 1/2 hours no one showed up, no one called. Called the next day, they were rude and would take no responsability. Call Pro Glass and get your job done.

I cannot say enough about this company! They we're attentive, professional and very timely in helping me replace a huge window in my house. Their communication was prompt and they we're able to expedite my appointment by two weeks. The quality of work is impeccable!!!

I had an antique frame I wanted to put mirror in. They did a fantastic job with quick turnaround and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.
