My husband got a flat tire with our 5 year old in the car. Within 10 minutes they were already there which is nice considering having a small child. He was very friendly and helpful.

Helped us with a dead battery (couldn’t reach the battery with my jumper cables because of how we were parked ~ go figure). Braughan arrived quickly, jumped it, and told us the best place for diagnostics. Was a stressful day, so VERY appreciative this one thing went right.

I love Gold Country Tow for all my towing needs. They are very reasonable, personable, and professional. Garrett helped me get my car in a tight spot and took extra precautions to make sure there was absolutely no damage to my vehicle. Other companies do not consider much care when loading or unloading vehicles in my experience. Amazing customer service, promptly on time and great communication!

I got my truck and horse trailer (with my horse on board) terribly stuck while trying to turn around on a road off Hwy 20. My horse was trapped in the trailer because the doors couldn’t be opened. I was frantic and Gold Country Towing saved the day! Two men came (sorry I didn’t get their names) and they were brilliant. Using 4 wood blocks and their own ingenuity they managed to get the truck and trailer out, facing the right direction, with no damage to either vehicle and no harm to my horse. I am so grateful!
