I was looking for a do it yourself car wash in Grass Valley and I found Gold Country Express Car Wash. I was impressed with the easy entry into the bays, coin machines that work great, and a very clean place to clean my car. Vacuumes are also available. Impeccable Service Right Up Until Closing
I can’t say enough about the exceptional service I received at this place. Needing an oil change, I arrived just ten minutes before closing, fully expecting to be turned away. To my surprise, they welcomed me in without hesitation. The entire process was swift and efficient.
The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience stress-free. It’s rare to find such top-notch customer service, especially so close to closing time. I’m beyond impressed and will definitely be returning for future oil changes. Highly recommend!

I love those guys. They're fast, thorough, friendly, and professional. They've been taking care of my cars for many years and my 97 Jeep still runs like a top!

Charge for double of what a oil change is at this place when u get a oils change shouldn't it be that the oil is included with the price of the service and I got the full synthetic service which is 59.99 and I was charged 127.66 for service

- ☆Worst place to wash! Dirty stalls, leaking hose soaked me while washing. The owner in 80's would of never let this happen! Sad to see it go down hill. Won't be coming back. It's the 6th time I've have problems here. From coins stole by machine to dirty stalls. Very disappointing. Owner Now, no need to reply! This review says it all!.
