“We had a 20+ year old Whitfield pellet stove that finally became inoperable. Andrew, a friend of ours, works for Sierra Timberline and recommended the Santa Fe pellet stove. We worked with Jared who was extremely knowledgeable – he invited me in to go over all the features, etc. before our stove was installed. Brian and Carl removed the old stove and put in the new one…they were incredible; and had the new stove installed under and hour…I was expecting it would take the whole morning! We did have a couple of “glitches” with the house wiring that impacted the functioning of the stove – I contacted Jared who let the service department know. They sent Brian right out the next day who quickly diagnosed the issue and ensured proper operation. We are so thrilled with the stove and impressed with it’s advanced features. Can’t say enough positive about Sierra Timberline staff from beginning to end regard their products; knowledge of every feature; respect for their customers; and absolutely superior customer service. I know I can count on them to handle any issues we may have in the future with the stove and will definitely be using them to do my yearly service.”

When we were ready to order, we worked with Corinne who completed the paperwork. We were actually out of town when the furniture was ready and they stored it until we returned. Brady called to schedule the delivery, which went seamless. He and an assistant removed our old furniture and set up the new furniture.
