I have had my car serviced by Foothill Car Care SEVERAL times now. They have always been so helpful and squeezed me right in while I am in the middle of a car emergency. They have been absolute lifesavers.

Not only was I new to Grass Valley, but it was the first time taking my car to anyone other than the dealership ... it was a great experience from the get-go. Both the office manager and the mechanic were friendly and helpful and left me feeling confident that my car was in good hands. Family Car Care is now my go-to service/auto repair shop!

The group at Foothill Car Care has been taking care of our 5 vehicles since we moved up to Nevada City 6 years ago and we couldn’t be happier with the service and care we have received. Whether it’s regular maintanence to special issues with our 1956 Chevy BelAir, they have successfully taken care of any and all services. We absolutely recommend their services and wouldn’t take our vehicles anywhere else.

Speech from employee started off friendly, but then jumped to a neutral position, I left Foothill Car Care, came back (to Foothill Car Care) in about 90 minutes to check on an oil change with synthetic oil (because I have high mileage on the vehicle) and the vehicle was ready or the maintenance on it was completed and I paid for the service and went home happy. Speech was friendly while paying for their service. They also sent out a text about two to three days after the service to check if my vehicle is running ok or smoothly. I said yes it's running ok.

I took my Saturn to Foothill Car Care to replace a fairly simple part in an extremely difficult place, so difficult my very mechanically inclined husband didn't want any thing to do with it. It did take much longer than expected but I was so impressed they didn't give up on it and in the end Foothill charged a nominal amount for the time and effort it took. I highly recommend Foothill Car Car!!

Foothill Car Care is the best!!! I was told I needed breaks by the dealer. The guys at Foothill took the breaks apart and found that there was nothing wrong. I love their honesty and service. I would not take our cars anywhere else.
