I had a super great experience at this store. Michelle was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about options, including how to accomodate high arches and other things. Recommend!

Michelle was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She made my shoe shopping fun and productive- I bought two pair of boots, even though my favorite brand did not have a style I wanted. I love Empire Shoes, and am glad they remain a Nevada County local business.

Nice folks, decent brands, but wish they had more choices of seasonal shoes.
