Although Brendan seems technically capable, the lack of customer service since he and his mother began running the business has caused me to go elsewhere after being a loyal customer since 1996.

Fascinating. I had Brenden out to give us an estimate to install a rooftop antenna and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I scheduled an appointment but we wanted to check that the business had the appropriate liability insurance since Brenden would be climbing up on the roof. Laura said she offended that we would ask such a thing and that she didn't think we had any right to have a certificate of insured since it has personal information on it, and canceled our appointment and told me to go elsewhere. Needless to say I was astounded with the idiocy of this attitude. They must not have insurance. As a business owner myself, I have routinely had my insurance carrier provide certificates of insurance to clients that requested them. I can assure you that there is NOTHING confidential included on an insurance certificate. They must not actually have insurance. My request was entirely reasonable and appropriate, and certainly nothing to be offended by. Sad.

Brenden's customer service goes above and beyond anything we've ever seen. We would give him ten stars if we could. He knows his stuff and doesn't stop until an issue is solved. Our tv kept freezing and pixelating and now it works perfectly. His communication is also excellent and his office returns calls quickly.

Needed screws for TV mount for my new TV, I tried every store in Grass Valley and Nevada City. I was tired of driving around so I started calling and I called Don Adams satellite. Polite and friendly service she told me to come by and pick out the screws I needed for no charge. Extreamly helpful and no sales pitch. I will recommend this service to anybody who needs any type of electronic service.
