My wife and I drove to To DeMartini RV from Reno on two different occasions to inquire about purchasing a Class A motorhome. We were met both times by the owner Tim D. Tim is a very pleasant and soft spoken man that has an abundant wealth of RV knowledge. Tim spent all the time we needed, answering all of our questions while making us feel like we were family. Customer satisfaction seems to be his main interest. They have a large inventory of coaches with a top notch service center. This is a first class family run business that makes sure that you know that you will be well taken care of. First class. Lee

Had an old RV toilet (discontinued) needed a part. The parts guy spent 20 minutes with me to find a alterative replacement part. These are good people I recommend them if you need equipment.

I have called 3-days in a row and left messages for their parts department. No returned calls. Spoke to another department and asked them to pass my information on and be called back. Nothing. I'll take my business elsewhere and recommend you do too.

I reached out to Phil Edlefsen in parts department. He was very knowledgeable and helped me over the phone with email responses. He was the greatest and nicest person that got my order done in less than 2 hours. I couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you Phil for being a great person to work with!

This was my 3rd class A purchase and second Newmar, and by far, this was my best experience. Tim and Brent treated me like family, with respect and kept me informed during the build process. I am in VA and purchased from a CA dealer and had some anxiety, but dealing with this group could not have been more seamless. I picked up the coach at the factory, so I have yet to meet them but hope to do so in the future. They also found me the best and cheapest insurance in the nation. This dealership is a class act. My next coach will be from Demartini RV Sales. PS. They sold my Dutch Star for me in less than 30 days from CA and the coach was in VA. Can't say enough good things about my experience.

We tried to buy a Class A Coach from them. First off In October they had a Discovery on their website that I put a bid on and they never called so I call and was in formed that it was sold. It is still on their website in January which is false advertising. Than we found the coach we wanted and it ended up at DeMartini they told us we could buy it in November for 210,000 but it had a chip issue. So we waited until in January they raise the price 230,000. We know the previous owner and know that they got it at a very good price and now they are selling it for even more. So Please Beware They are not true to their word.

Amazing RV DealerMy wife and I have been looking for our RV for a few years… We went to numerous dealerships. Our experience at a number of dealerships around the Central Valley and Northern California were less than pleasurable to say it nicely. We were strung along by a number of “National Dealerships.” They executed a bait and switch campaign on us like i’d never seen before.Our entire RV shopping experience changed as soon as I contacted Nate from DeMartini RV. He was straight forward, professional, trustworthy, and went above and beyond for us. Everything he said and offered from day one was done… and then some!Tony in the Service Department was also exceptional. I have a pretty tight schedule and he has worked with me to get us in and fix the few little warranty items that needed fixing. Tony even worked with our local ford dealership to get Thor Motorcoach to cover some warranty items at the dealership so that we didn’t have to take our coach to another shop! Simply amazing and unheard of…I give my unreserved recommendation to DeMartini RV and their wonderful team! If you’re thinking of purchasing or servicing your existing RV at DeMartini…. Trust me. We were treated very nice by everyone that we encountered. We liked the no pressure sales very different from Los Angeles rv dealers. We bought a dx3 and are very happy with all the people that helped us. Tim the owner, Jon, Brent, the service guy that lifted me up on a lift to see the roof and all the equipment, and two weeks later Tim Briggs in the service dept talked me through a problem I was having, and Tony in the parts dept. and others that I did not get to meet that helped us. Hats off to all of you, as far as buying a vehicle this is the best experience I have had.Thank you to the whole DeMartini team
