I made an honest mistake and drove down a steep path thinking it was a road and my car got stuck. I called around tow truck services in town needing off-road recovery services. After various calls, the Dark Knight team came to the rescue very early morning and provided incredible customer service. I would like to note, that they also have the best prices in town. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Their customer service was above and beyond. After multiple tow companies confirmed and later canceled on us over a 24hr period, this company, the gentleman named Steel came and saved our day.We were on a serious time crunch and had a flight to catch in Sacramento. He showed up a few mins earlier than he confirmed and that’s with me giving him an incorrect address (I was really stressed).The property where our 30ft 3500 Cheverlot shuttle bus was parked had a steep, narrow and sharp turn driveway which in it self was not the easiest for Steels powerful tow truck to make it up because of size. But he made it up.We had the bus parked between multiple tall pine trees, so he had to pull the bus out of there to get up his ramp on onto his truck. Getting the bus down that driveway may have been the toughest part of the tow, where I think others would have not even attempted to come up to the property.Steel never once was negative or thought of giving up. He was so detailed, careful and calculated on getting our bus off the property with no damage to our bus, the property or his truck. He transported the bus from grass valley to auburn. Where he again had to take the bus down and pull it into a spot. Even with that he made sure the bus was parked perfectly!I could not say enough about this husband and wife business/team. For insurance purposes I needed a receipt and they made sure I had it as soon as I called and asked.We made it to the airport with time to spare and we can 100% and whole heartedly say it was because of the professionalism and work ethic of this business! Thank you to Dark Knight auto recovery towing!We will be using them again soon to move our bus again and for any towing needs we will ever encounter in the Nevada County and surrounding area! Thanks again.
