4 months ago, the "pharmacist-in-charge" I had to deal with for my husband who had surgery THAT DAY, was an unethical jerk, making up all sorts of excuses... an autocratic jack**s, bent on playing God (in his own mind), a dictator that apparently staff wasn't very comfortable with either.
I've pulled all of his prescriptions from CVS, maybe, if I hear from staff that the supervisory dictatorship is gone, we can come back...
I'll use the regular part of the store occasionally, just not as much anymore because of that "person's" incredibly loathsome behavior.
It's unfortunate that 1 person can spoil a whole store. The rest of the staff are and always have been very professional and courteous.

Sitting at that Pharmacy. They tell me 30mins. Well it's now going on 45 mins. Need to find staff that have some sort of concept of time

The manager helped me find what I was looking for and then found me all the coupons available for my purchase. He seemed to care.

You won't be able to call and speak to the pharmacy. They WON'T call you back if you leave a message. THE WORST PHARMACY EVER. Please go to any other. They truly DON'T care

I was actually just about to leave a five star review because I love the pharmacy staff. But it'll be a one because my just run in with cosplay My Chemical Romance with the hello Kitty sticker on her chin little girl. You didn't need to launch off into an autobiography about how it's not your fault that the deodorant is put a certain place and it's four dollars cheaper there and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it. I didn't ask you to do anything about it. I didn't ask and I didn't say anything besides, it said it was four dollars less. I wasn't rude to you before you went off on your rude narrative. But I guess when you're making $15 an hour, living in your mom's basement and smoking your whole paycheck I guess you don't give a shit right. So CVS I guess I just won't be purchasing anything here from now on. I would say good luck CVS, but it doesn't look good for you, considering the reviews couldn't get lower.

The cashier was nice but the security guard was extremely harassing. The security guard company is very unprofessional. The owners of the shopping center should really consider going back to their previous security guard company or at least firing the one who works Sunday nights. CVS has lost our business because of the unprofessionalism from the security guard.

Walked in with my friends and I jokingly handed my friend a stuffy and she lightly pushed me because we were messing around, causing me to drop it and she lightly kicked it and I put it back into place, next thing a girl maybe 19 or 20 marches down are idle screaming at us to leave and escorted us out screaming the whole way, pushing my friend and yelling at us telling us we weren’t sorry, telling us we were Permanently banned, she’s calling security, the manager will hear ect. This woman was on me and my friends from the begining because of our appearances (dyed hair/piercings) assuming we were bad, I walked in talking to my friends saying “I wonder if they have MATCHING stuff” because we wanted something matching like clothing or stuffed animals and she comes around saying “matches are on isle (i don’t remember) but u need a adult and u cannot purchase those” and I explained to her exactly what I meant. This lady was completely out of proportion and left me and my friends crying. Went to Walgreens and got much better service and used the money I was going to spend on cvs but I guess not!

I didn't say anything on my last visit, but this was the second time a month apart. Understaffed, and the company thinks by installing electronic self-check machines that one human cashier is enough. Then, when the one cashier is not happy... Such was Alexis. The main issue though is the coupons they send in the mail that never seem to apply to any merchandise in the store - irregardless of what the coupon says. Even the 30% off coupon that says "30% off your entire purchase" is totally useless at the register... Oh for the good ol' days when this company was "Long's Drugs", and service mattered...

the cashier at the pharmacy told me my prescription would be ready in "10-15 minutes" then i waited for an hour and half with little to no remorse that they gave me false information. i would have gone home had the prescription not been ready and would have been totally fine. i dont typically write reviews but why is my time viewed as less valuable?
