Todd and his team are great. They replaced the engine in my expedition and a few weeks later helped me diagnose a water problem I had in my door. I was relieved and blessed when he helped me figure out the issue.

Great service and very knowledgeable staff and mechanics. I've had my truck at 3 other shops none of which actually fixed the issue with a sensor(it wasn't the sensor it was the connector). They actually listened to me on my concerns of it being a wiring issue and fixed the problem in a very quick professional manner. They also did a great job on a couple other issues my truck had. Thank you again to the whole crew there.

I am from out of town picking up my niece & nephew from a summer camp. I noticed my headlight went out. Went to an auto parts shop and they couldn't help me. Went on Google and it pointed me to here! Tod was awesome and helped put in the headlight.Thank you, Tod, for your help. It truly is appreciated!

Where to begin…I’m in town to see some good friends when our SUV wouldn’t start. My buddy who I’m staying with refers me over to Concept Motorsports, which is where I had my vehicle towed. They were scheduled out five days, but due to the circumstances of me being out of town, they took a look at my vehicle right away and fixed it. I was taken back by how professional, understanding, an empathetic they were two our situation. They were so friendly the store, I wanted to hang out there all day hahaha.Then the unthinkable happens, my car has a separate issue while we are still in town and breaks down a second time (I drive used cars, comes with the territory). I once again have it towed over to Concept, and once again they get to work right away and this time it was much more complicated, as the problem was not easy to diagnose because it was electrical. I initially thought that I would not be able to head home over the weekend because they are not open on the weekends. To my surprise, I get a call from the owner Joe who stayed after hours to continue working on my vehicle until he could fix it. What’s more, he came in on Saturday when he’s off work and met me at the shop to give me my vehicle back so we could drive home. I have never met a mechanic who went so above and beyond to help out someone in a pickle.You are not going to find better auto mechanics in Grass Valley. Joe and his team know what they’re doing, and they are so friendly which is a rare attribute with mechanics ha ha. I wish I lived closer so I could have them always work on my cars. Once in awhile you get to work with nice people who do good work. That's Concept Motorsports. I needed steps for my new truck. Another company told me 12 week wait due to Covid. Concept Motorsports confirmed the delay but were able to locate what I needed in some other state. The only ones available in the country. Had them freighted out and they were installed today!! Definitely recommend them. They didn't need to go the extra mile to try to find my steps in someone's inventory, but they did!

I have trust issues with mechanics after a few very bad experiences with a few shops that drained my repair funds and fixed nothing, but I trust Concept Motorsports exclusively to work on my and my wife's cars. They are not only the highest quality mechanic around, but they are also very reasonable and fair with billing costs. None of that Les Schwab style charge you to rack your car for each individual wheel removal or anything like that. Just high quality repairs, with high quality parts, by highly experienced mechanics, at a reasonable cost.

Honest service, accurate pricing and estimates. One of the few auto shops that are honest enough to quote a worst case scenario but almost always come in well under that number for you in the end.
