It's disgustingly filthy! So much spills and all over the ground like spilled rotting milk and sticky soda, nothing looks sanitized and wiped down, the smell from trash cans was gagging. I had to make several attempts to get the pump to take my card, it wanted me to go inside, when they happens I almost always just leave! The convenience of pulling up and spending a fraction of time to get back on the road is a major review issue for me. I felt I had to shower getting home! I give a 2 star because I at least got fuel and it's a somewhat decent location, although it's a terrible access into it due to a one way street and no left turn and no crossing the traffic line coming from one direction and turn around is way too inconvenient! But for locals I'm sure it's better ease. I expect more from a Chevron that I've used for decades!

Great Gas Station with a wonderful family that runs it. The place is immaculate clean and the pumps are updated and easy to use. They gave my fiancé and I free pizza the day we rode our new motorcycle up to the pump to fill up.

Unfortunately, the owners sold the business and the new management is awful. They took out the deli and replaced it with an excessive booze display (just what Grass Valley needs!). My three most recent trips there I found no paper in the pumps to print receipts. Walking inside and standing in line to interact with a person with ZERO personality or concern is pretty disappointing. I advised the person working about the fact that they seem to just not refill the receipt paper and he stared at me blankly. I won't be back.

Have been coming to this gas station for years when Dean still owned it. I really hate to say this but everyone watch out because the new Indian owners definitely are some thieves. They will leave a lot of products in their store unmarked so that they can pick and choose how much they charge you for them. They have raised most prices since taking over, clearly out of greed.. And the woman "Mary" that works as cashier in the mornings, I've now caught her FOUR times trying to short me or over charge me. Whether it be a dollar or $.50 I always have to keep an extra eye on her handling my cash to make sure that she's not shorting me or overcharging me. She even tried charging me $1.25 for a BLOW POP for my child, when telling her it was actually $0.25 she wanted to debate prices lol. WTF Unfortunately these two cannot be trusted thank God Claire still works there. He's the only good employee they have left, since everyone else quit. And now I understand why. I will never give them another dollar. Also they have the highest gas prices, the highest cigarette prices, & the highest alcohol prices, so save your money and go to any of the other gas stations in grass Valley.

I am sorry, but this place used to be my go to, has, snacks, wonderful deli, tacos sandwiches. But our dear friends Dean and Sherri sold and retired. Now all we are left with us a lot of RUDE f****** people and service. They even went as far as getting rid if the long time employees that were the best and kept people like me coming back. I will no longer go here for any reason. The new owner are RUDE and the customer service us no longer there. SAD day for all of us that would go there on a daily basis.

I visit here regularly during my work week whether it be to get Red Bull's or tacos from their deli. The food they serve is delicious and affordable and for the most part the service is great. I love Lori that works here and Greg is always very kind and personable as well. If my review was based simply on my experience with their food and the service I have received from those two it would be five stars hands down however, I have on two separate occasions had bad experience with one of the other lady's who works here. She is extremely rude and lacks customer service skills. The first time I was trying to help a new older lady ring up my order because she had done it wrong and in the process the lady in question took over and tried to charge me a second time for something I had been charged for wrong and not given proper change for then proceeded to tell me people don't usually learn well when people are laughing at them, mind you I not once laughed I was merely trying to help her fix the situation. Today I had gone down with a co-worker and we had three orders that needed to be rung up separately and when I told her how they needed to be done she looked at me commenting "fun" then asked if I needed receipts for all of them as well. I let her know that that was not necessary and my co-worked commented "we try to make it easy on you" at which point she just looked up at her with a look of disgust on her face as if we were making her do something completely out of the realm of what she should be. I am to the point I don't even want to go in here when this lady is working because it just frustrates me and I can't stand the lack of customer service skills.

These folks are a pleasure to interact with first thing in the morning, and put a smile on every face that walks out of there. The deli team is courteous and efficient, and make really yummy breakfast sandwiches. The young guy at the counter is about one of the most upbeat, down-to-earth people you'll ever meet, and makes everyone feel like a friend. They are so kind to my little boy, and I just know when we go in for "Muffin Mondays" we'll leave feeling happier than when we arrived. The store itself is always tidy and clean, and carries a good variety of convenient store items. But, it's the people that make this place an unexpected gem. P.S. I have never encountered the gentleman referenced in the previous reviews, so perhaps he does not work there anymore, or is no longer customer-facing.

The older man who works in the evening is extremely rude. When I asked for his name to speak with the manager he threatened to call 911. Avoid this place!

If the option was available i would give them zero stars. The worst service I have ever received at a convince store. If you don't like your job find a new one. A****** man with white hair and glasses works evening shift rude disrespectful un professional and down right rude!!! I will never take my business there again. Sad to say cause i would stop in every other day purchase a few things and fill up my vehicle. Not any more!!!
