A female business worker mistyped the payee's name, didn't receive the payment for 3 days, called customer service, they were poor. I would consider leaving them.

it would be nice if all the branch's played by the same rules. deposited cash into my son's account last week, but today went into Brunswick branch and they would not take a cash deposit from me. I call bullshit and definitely will not be banking there. Not accepting cash, places not accepting cash, only pay by card or check is bullshit. just another government way of controlling us.

I typed the wrong amount when depositing a check at the ATM and they are not able to just fix it. I have to wait for the check to be mailed back to me, which put me in a real pickle. Cody went above and beyond to figure out how to get me enough money so I can make it until I get the check back for redeposit. He was super busy but found time to fit me in rather than have me wait. Thank you, Cody!!

Grant Alexander, branch manager, will actually steal your money and lie to you about it? Bandits! Put your money in this bank and you might as well throw it away. Deserves a Negative 5 stars, but there is no category for banksters and thieves. This bank is as fun as being chased by a snow dinosaur.

What a joke of a bank this is. The tellers give out false information, takes forever just to deposit a check or getting questioned when trying to withdraw cash, and the branch manager (overweight guy)staring at everyone from his desk and not helping when there is a huge line that almost goes outside the bank smh. I'll take my business elsewhere

Chase will not cash a check from one of their customers to a payee for over $2500. I don't care what their idiotic policies are. That is absurd.

I love all the tellers at this bank. They are so helpful and friendly. I have also had wonderful experiences with bankers in opening my business account and when I had issues with my card. Truly a small town feel!

Chase has been my bank since the 80s living on the East Coast, never a problem. Banking by the website, depositing checks by phone is a breeze.

Like many banks these days this bank has determined that its customers are here to serve it. I have an issue I need to discuss with them and I called their "customer service" line. I spent over 40 minutes on hold, listening to a repeated recording telling me how much Chase appreciates my business and values the opportunity to serve me and other insincere b******** If they appreciated my business don't you think they would answer the phone and talk to me? So, after more that 40 minutes, I get a representative who is on a VOIP line that is breaking up so badly that I can barely understand him, which is not made better by the thick foreign accent. Then he put me back on hold, and now more "appreciate my business and value the opportunity. . ." What crap. Why has this deplorable level of service become acceptable? To me it is NOT acceptable. The officers of this corporation should be tarred and feathered.
