I'm very happy with the staff and service at the Grass Valley Chase branch. The tellers are always welcoming and polite and I've especially appreciated Lana Percey's help as we navigated the financial changes and paperwork relating to my recent wife's passing.

Had to chime in on this one! Been going to this Chase for around eight years and they are AMAZING. Cannot believe they have bad reviews. I guess we all have difficult customers....
