Dr. Janeway saved my dog's life 2 weeks ago on friday. He swallowed an acorn and it was obstructing his bowel. We had brought him in originally on a wednesday for vomiting and lethargy and didn't have quite enough money for the full recommended work up. Dr. Janeway had suspected a bowel obstruction from the beginning. First thing friday morning they got him in for worsening condition, performed an xray and informed me he needed immediate surgery. They were excellent at communicating throughout the entire process and even called to check up on my pup the following monday. I've always loved this office and with this experience I really felt like my boy was in the best hands. Thank you to the entire staff but especially to Dr. Robin Janeway? we are forever grateful❤️

Very disappointed after taking my cat to get neutered. The technician forgot to put his E-collar on and trying to put it on him by myself was a nightmare, they wanted me to bring my cat back and that was not going to go over well with my cat Theo , who was not really in a great mood but was i was able to put the E collar on him when my roommate got home. This was our 2nd visit to this place and i was surprised when they asked for me to pay up front and i thought wow really?? This place is something else!! They never even called to ask how my cat is doing. He is doing alot better since i will never take any of my animals to that place again! I didn’t like being asked to pay upfront. I was an established client and that was just bad business on their part, but what really did it for me is knowing they employ inept technicians who are supposed to be professional and do their job and that means taking care of my animal and i am thankful no other mistakes besides the E-collar were made but its deuces to Brighton Greens

I used to love Brighton Greens. I have five dogs and have had so much stress finding good vets for them. The location, nurses, most of the doctors, and atmosphere were all so friendly, professional, and comforting until we went in for an emergency visit with Dr. Murphy. She literally accused of us starving our dog, who has severe GI issues, because he ate his poop while we were there. She then badgered us over and over about how we should be feeding him Purina or Hills. Surprise surprise, that's the garbage packaged food that they sell. I can't stress enough how unprofessional and ignorant she was when speaking to us. I had her on speaker phone and my entire family was horrified at her demeanor. After waiting for his blood work results for two days she finally called to say she couldn't find anything wrong and then hung up on me. I literally had to call back and ask if he just ate something bad in the yard or what. She wasn't even interested in giving me a diagnosis. Apparently all she cared about was selling me Purina so she could make a profit. I can't believe any doctor with medical training would hock processed junk like that, especially for a special needs dog. We immediately switched vets, and every doctor at our new clinic says that our dog is healthy and on a perfect diet. Brighton Greens is ruined because of one terrible doctor who also happens to be an owner. Big bummer.

It turned out to be... THAT Day!
I was with a very good friend (family) who went in with her dog on an emergency status with a very poor cardiac prognosis.
The Wait, ... wasn't that long considering how extremely busy they were. Not immediately seen but It wasn't the worst wait.
They did get us in and we got our emergency ultrasound once the US tech showed up with her equipment.
The day turned awful for everyone and Henry. The news wasn't good but the staff was amazing in handling the whole process.
And the vet Amber? Well she was truly amazing. She was sincere and extremely honest and very supportive.
We were given very clear options and the opportunity to discuss them after getting results from the US.
But It was this that helped us decide to stop. There were no good long or short term options.
We were then given as much time as needed. (There isn't any amount of time that's enough).
It went as well as it could go. Hardest day ever!??
They took care of everything including his aftercare which involved cremation.
Hope your visit is Not going to have to be like ours but I was so impressed, I will be taking my other pets here for their CARE from here out.
Love your pets as much as you can, while you can. There is never enough time at the end.

Brought my dog in for an emergency and they were the only hospital in the area that would take her. It was pretty late in the day but my baby is back home and resting after a very successful visit! I can't thank the vet enough, and her amazing team. Thank you all so much for everything you did for us!

We have brought our dogs here for over 4 years. Normally a great experience but we will be pulling our animals from their care due to the horrible experience we had today.
The acting vet apparently had a stick shoved so far up their you know what that they couldn't answer simple questions without being condescending and slamming doors.
Granted it was not our normal vet that saw us today but if that is the type of behavior that is acceptable at Brighton Greens we are happy to find another veterinarian.

Caring, knowledgeable, and affordable. They spayed my puppy pug and pulled a tooth. They also recommended other optional services but did not try to shame me into anything like many vets do. Spay/neuter services here are the most affordable around. That's what brought me in, but the caring and friendly service from everyone at the office will keep me coming back for many years. ✌️✌️

The doctors and staff at Brighton Greens have been so incredibly kind and compassionate towards me and my beloved childhood cat Sauza. My sweet girl unexpectedly experienced recovery complications during a dental procedure and passed away at almost 19. It was an incredibly anxiety inducing and painful experience, but the staff were so patient and kind to me. They did everything they could to try and save her life, but she was so old and couldn’t pull through.Throughout my pets lives I’ve visited over 10 different vets and Brighton Greens has by far been the most thorough and compassionate. The doctors actually care about your pets and will conduct a variety of tests to make sure your pet is well enough to undergo procedures. I feel safe bringing them here and know they’ll receive the best care! I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who showed Sauza and I kindness, and I’ll continue to take my pets here in the future.

I'd give negative stars if I could. For me, it all comes down to this. I called, on a weekday morning, after having wrestled with the decision of needing to put my 15 year old dog to sleep. I was told, under no uncertain terms, without even an "I'm sorry" that they couldn't see her, unless I PAID THEM MORE FOR AN EMERGENCY VISIT. Unless I wanted to do that, they would not get her in for 4 days. (it was a Thursday morning I called. ). very unfeeling, no offer of any solutions. I ended up having Goodbye at Home come help us, thankfully. I'd been not thrilled with BG, but this last interaction really takes the cake. They will never see my family again

Over the weekend our dear elderly cat became very ill. We took him to an Auburn vet and they prescribed antibiotics. By Monday it was clear they were not working so I called the vet we used for years (Best Friends). The front desk told us we would have to drop him off, they didn't check with the Dr., just put up a wall. So we called Brighton Greens. At first they said there would be a $140 emergency charge and we were fine with that, but after checking they found a cancellation and got us in within two hours. After consulting with the vet we decided it was time to give our kitty relief. We were able to to be with him. It seems we may have found our new vet.
