James did a great job moving me from Grass Valley to Oregon. My furniture and things were well wrapped and carefully packed. Definitely recommend this company.

I was so impressed with James, the owner, before the scheduled move. I texted him several times and he always immediately responded with a positive attitude. He scheduled his crew to arrive on moving day at 9:00 a.m. and they were right on time, in fact five minutes early. The two young men were very polite and efficient. They took great care and everything arrived safely and placed as I asked. I highly recommend them.

First, let me say that James is a super nice guy. I emailed him a LONG list of problems I had with the movers he sent, and he agreed to refund me the money I paid for additional people I had to hire to finish the move AFTER I paid his company $1000 for a two-bedroom apt. This happened last summer, but I'm still dealing with issues because of lost bed parts and damaged items, and I found another scratch on my brand-new (at the time) when I moved it out recently (which is why I'm finally writing this review). I've hired professional movers multiple times, including for out-of-state moves, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I won't go into the details as there are too many problems to list, but I will say that aside from my bedroom mirror, none of my stuff was wrapped or protected.

James and his moving crew did a wonderful job with my home transition. My family moved from Sacramento to Grass Valley and I was very pleased with the experience. They took wonderful care of all my belongings and the communication was pleasant. James made sure I was in the loop throughout the whole process. Very professional crew at Bonds Moving, would recommend to anyone in the area.

This has been a nightmare...The promisesJames Bond gave me are worthless. When he spoke to me that he would send 2 men over and they are so good that my storages would be out and to my home that day! He sent 2 boys not men. I have heavy things to move boys are not strong enough to move.I'm talking high school age boys, maybe one is a lilittlel older. His contract said 2 men, he sent in an other boy. Now 3 kids..These boys are nice polite boys I'm not faulting them. Im saying James Bond doesnt tell the truth.At the end of 6.5 hours I had boxes piled up all wonky because they have.no training. Some of my fragile boxes marked fragile glass were on the bottom of heavy stacked boxes.I had few light pieces of furniture moved but 3/4 was still in storage.Then James Bond without authorizationfrom me used my credit card for over whatwas our agreement and he used it the day before the move! I had to stop pmt on my credit catd..and cancel it. Don't be dupt as I was..I can't imagine that all theseWonderful reviews are correct..probably friends who did these reviews.Don't believe them.

I would give the Bond's movers 10 stars if it was allowed. They did such a great job from start to finish. They were fast, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend that you use Bond's Moving Service the next time you move.

I used Bond's Moving Services for my most recent move from Auburn to the Grass Valley area. James got back to me pretty quickly. He got me locked in with the dates and time I needed. It was a very easy process. The day of the move, Tony and Myles (forgive me if I got the names wrong) showed up on time and made a very stressful process very easy. Before I knew it the truck was packed and we were on our way. The guys were also champs for having to deal with my 3 year old son, who wanted to ask them questions every time they walked in.I would very much recommend Bond's Moving for anyone needing to move around this area.

Used this company to move my Aunt from Grass Valley to Roseville. Unexpected snow storm at time of move but they managed to pull a crew together, got chains for the truck and made it work. Good communication with James.

I used Bond's moving last month to move from a large 4 bedroom 3 car garage. Telling James I need a huge truck or two loads.They made it in one trip and did an incredibly timely fashion at an extremely reasonable price. They made me question my own ability by how passionate they were about working so hard.Of coarse I tipped them well as they deserved it. Plus. Nothing was broken, beds were assembled and furnishings in place.Not hoping to move anytime soon but if I do I sure know who I would have doing it for me.Sincerely,Bob Norman
