Was a long time customer. New billing program is terrible. Cancelled my contract and emptied our unit after renting for 10 years only to discover over half of the items are destroyed by rats. Feces and urine were everywhere!

Love the office ladies here, super nice & very helpful! Storage grounds are always clean & prices are average/ affordable as far as storage goes. Highly recommend.

I cancelled in February but needed them to clean out unit and cut the lock. They told me my return check (since i had paid until August) would be at my home in 10 business days, i call back in 15 business days and am told they now need permission to cut the lock in writing but i wouldnt be charged for march since we were now a week into the month bc it was their mistake i had called in plenty of time to cancel. Its now been almost 5 months and with several calls and promises for the owner to call me back and i finally spoke to him once when i called back a couple days ago, he now will only email me and wants to charge me for march because he says i didnt cancel in time. I feel as he had been hoping id just forget about the whole thing during these 5 months. His employees wont admit to their mistakes which is going to cost me 150 which is more then 25% of what BOB WINTERS owes me and has been very greedy about keeping. I still haven't received my refund. Don't rent from here unless you pay every month, don't let them owe you money, you probably wont see it again.
