I could not be more grateful, and I feel so fortunate to have had Jennifer come for end of life services for my dog. It was the most peaceful end possible, she really put me at ease as well, and I would recommend her to anyone in the same position.

I do not usually write negative reviews unless I feel it is really deemed necessary. Unfortunately in this instance I feel it is a situation of safety. I had this veterinary service come to my house after adopting two goats that had been neglected. The vet that arrived at my house had no clue what she was doing. After getting no helpful knowledge, I had to turn to Facebook and the internet. The only good thing they did was run a fecal and informed me my goat was sick. The vet was unable answer my question regarding treatment. After a couple days my poor goat got worse and I called back to receive advice and medication. I learned the vet was let go. Unfortunately I still never spoke to another vet and I had to pester to even receive the medication that I am hoping will help. This is one of the worse services I have ever received and after everything was said and done I was informed they would no longer be serving goats. I guess that works because I would not want them touching my animals even for free. This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a vet.

We are so very grateful for this critical mobile vet service. When our precious Frenchie went from ill, to critical, Dr. Mayfield was there to let us help our darling friend out of suffering in her own home with her people. Thank you for your timely, compassionate and professional service.

Though it was the first time I met the vet, I felt like a family friend walked in the door. She was kind, knowledgeable, patient, warm and treated a dreaded situation with great respect and regard. We have the best memories possible of saying goodbye to our 4 legged family member. We feel indebted to the vet for her expedient and loving attention. Gratitude to this wonderful professional and this agency. ?5 stars aren’t enough.

I’am sharing this in total disbelief that they would drop us with large animals without so much as a warning! I find that horrible. They only do cats and dogs with one vet just doing horses! And to the vet Jess, I would like all my alpaca yarn back. I gave you that for all the years of your taking care of my girls. You have a bonded them. Not good business

Dr Jess, Amy and Crystal are an amazing team and I really appreciate their passion and love for animals! We recently had an accident with one of our goat kids who fractured his leg/foot and the whole team pulled through for us staying late and taking really good care of him. I cannot recommend them enough!

They put my moms dogs down but they come to your house and are so very loving and caring and compassionate towards you and your pet and your situation I would recommend to anyone.

We had to make the difficult decision to put our little doggie down. Dr. Jess was amazingly kind and compassionate. Her knowledge and professionalism made such a difference for us, and I really appreciated her approach. It’s never easy to say goodbye to a pet, but she helped make it peaceful for us, and not as stressful as I’ve experienced in the past.

These guys are still my first to call if i have a emergency and need help fast. However, getting a follow up is incredibly difficult. Calling to make a appointment is a crapshoot. I called 4 times and left voicemails but recieved no call backs. And when my goat needed a follow up after a lion attack they told me the lump on her neck was scar tissue. Call a different vet and they actually examined it and it was a lump of bacterial infection that was should have been taken care of the previous visit. Call them if there is a emergency but dont bother for a follow up

Dr Natalie came out at midnight t8 help 7s out with our sons 4H breeder sow. she got right in there started explaining everything that needed to be done, showed us how to help the piglets as she pulled them. after almost 5 hours of continuous work and helping Wiggles. she stitched the tongue of a newborn to give it a chance of survival. even hours and a few days later, Dr Natalie called and texted for updates, asked if we had questions. I will recommend her and Bear River Mobile Vet anytime. Thank you for everything!
