States she has to go to break but it’s ok because the other teller is “faster” with piles of paper still on the counter I’ll just leave I guess. Would have been nice if she took her break when there was no one there as opposed to leaving me in line with one teller who is buried with multiple transactions for his client. You know what they say about good help.

Received a fished phone call from BofA and account closed by BofA and needed to go into the center as did not trust their phones or who was on the other end. A very realistic phone call but caught on. BofA knows about this problem and are not doing anything about it to update their phone system or alert customers not to pick up a call center's line. My Zelle compromised and had to close out my account and open a new one. Hassle and asked that my debit card mailed 2 day and the bank officer as it turns out sent it snail mail. So card will arrive in just shy of two weeks. Lessee fair attitude by the woman helping me, slow and inefficient. All around this bank is too big and inefficient.

Simply not enough tellers and the ones they have are not very interested in customer service. Go to Chase instead if you can.

Went in to try and open a new account as well as get a medallion signature approval at the Grass Valley location. Branch manager was extremely hostile and unhelpful. I left feeling terrible and decided to bring my business to Chase instead. I will never bank with B of A b/c of this interaction.

Walked into the bank to open another checking account. Was seated in waiting area. Manager walked out and asked a woman who had just walked in if she needed help. Then was going to sail by me and i chimed i need help, She didn't really want to help me.

EVERY TIME... Long lines...only one teller working.. HORRIBLE SERVICE after waiting 25 minutes minimum.....worst bank I have ever been to...... EVERY TIME.

Everyone knows big banks are greedy. But their people are really good people at this place. There was a mistake recently, and Jason helped me straighten it out tight away. There is still corporate greed, like any big bank, but for I gave them the highest rating because they were willing to straighten it out immediately when there was a wrong charge for something. They also gave me very favorable terms on my kids' accounts, without charging me fees for a small account with a card.

Allie was super funny and entertaining when opening an account for my daughter. Update: went there today with $500 in rolled change ten minutes before closing and the guy behind counter was totally cool about it. I don't recommend doing that of course. Just saying that in my experience, people here have been very courteous.

Worst service period. 1 teller working Monday morning. Waited in line a half hour and was told the bank prefers you to use an ATM. Closed my account today.

Literally the slowest branch ever!! Always 2 tellers and constant asking for help. They are nice but dang they need to really have 3 or 4 tellers at any time.
