If I could have a better experience at an Auto Body shop I'm not sure how. Everyone I spoke with was great, Mike was generous with his time and went above and beyond what was expected AND it's a family run business. Highly recommended.

B&M Body and Paint really took care of me when I needed an inspection of a car I was in the process of buying. They are very knowledgeable and couldn’t be more friendly. I recommend their services as they are reasonable, too!

Excellent customer service and they were wiling to work with me on the cost, since this was a non-insurance repair. The actual repair (dented back tail gate on my SUV) was perfect, but what really impressed me was how clean my entire car was when I picked it up! They not only cleaned the inside (a lot better that "I" do when I try to vacuum), they literally buffed off every tiny, little scratch on the exterior - it looked so brand new, I hardly recognized it was MY car!Of course, I hope I NEVER need the services of B&M ever again (lol!) but, if I do, they are the only place I will go for any body work on my car in the future!

I personally have not been a customer here yet (fortunately have not needed) But have been here many times with friends and family that are customers. Have never heard anything negative. I have seen many repairs they have done. The owner and staff are awesome. I totally recommend this business!!

Mike and the staff over at B&M combine their knowledge and desire to help others when approaching each customer. There is nothing short of a personal, quality experience, that makes you leave feeling like family. The team was very flexible to address my needs as a customer as well as accomplish work in a very professional and timely manner. I even had another incident after they had taken care of me, that was unrelated to the original repair, that they took care of at no extra cost. You can really feel the passion and desire to help their customers, as they tackle each vehicle with expertise and a projection of good intention. The folks at B & M are flat amazing. Mike does impeccable autobody work; we had a Mercedes Benz that was involved in a stationary impact to the front and the car came back looking better than it did before it was hit. My son is buying a 2001 Honda Accord and these guys looked the car over for him prior to purchase for free. They found the transmission was fried and will help my son to find an affordable rebuild. We won't take our cars anywhere else for mechanical or autobody work because we know we will get an honest assessment and a very fair price for work that is above and beyond. Thank you, Mike, Jordan, and Emily! Highly recommend!

I was recommended to B&M by Caliber Collision in Grass Valley. The owner, Mike, and his crew are fantastic. They are meticulous in their work and your car will come back looking better than new. I have also had them detail two of my cars and they came back looking great. Can't say enough about the service they provide.
