Make sure you choose a space where the back wall doesn't face a southern exposure. The hot burning sun brings the temperature over 100 degrees in there since the walls are made from a single thin metal sheet.

It is indeed a storage facility so that is fine, but the rest leaves some to be desired. My rate was raised - fine, I understand - but I didn't get a notice to that effect until 6 months after the fact. Whatever, it wasn't that big a jump, I just let it go. Months later the online payment system crashes so I have to call the office to make my credit card payment, am told it's a temporary problem, and get my a account brought to current. No worries, it happens. The month after? Still down, another phone call. The month after that? Still not fixed, and this time when I call to pay I get berated and belittled for not calling earlier to pay. That might have been warranted if I had started off saying I refused to pay any late fee because their system was down but I never said any more than "the online system is down, I'd like to make a payment please." Now it's month 4, online system is still down, I took time off of work (the work that pays for the monthly fee) to get to the office during open hours and pay my bill and end up standing on the front step for 10 minutes and never see a soul aside from the office cat through the window. I anticipate getting another tongue lashing when I get through to pay with my hard earned money. tl;dr - fine as a place that can hold stuff, just pray you never need to talk to a human being there
