John at Advantage Automotive is a busy man. However, he is a good communicator and excellent owner operator. Should you plan on visiting the shop, be sure to make an appointment.
My 2008 Lexus ES350 was leaking coolant. I delivered it to John and he diagnosed and repaired the leaking water pump in a matter of days.
I do recommend Advantage Automotive for the repair and service of your vehicles, just be patient.

This guy is a total ripoff. Tried to charge $4,000 for a $1,200 job and kept vehicle for over 10 months. He's currently being investigated by the BAR (Bureau Auto Repair) for fraud.

John is absolutely great, cool and honest person. Fixed my 5th gear transmission problem in less than a day and was completely honest claiming that it was just one bolt when other mechanics quoted me three grand without even looking at it. Amazing service and support from John and Elaine. He knew my old 12 valve Cummins like the back of his hand and went the extra mile and worked to save me money. It looked so good under my hood, clean, painted head and fuel lines. Last time a dealership did head gaskets for me you couldn't even tell they worked on it because everything was left completely filthy.

John worked on my 2000 Chevy Tracker (Suzuki Vitara) which is a problem child & not exactly easy to find Parts. He diagnosed problem Brake Lines rebuilding my System back to New Condition. Love this shop! They do anything from minor maintenance all the way up to engine and transmission swaps. You couldnt find a better spot to take your vehicle. They work on everything from small to large, and specialize in diesel repair. Locally family owned and operated.
