AJ is a master of the crazy problems that BMWs seem to find their way into. He studies manuals, has creative solutions to problems that even stump the dealer, and seems to enjoy the challenge. He repaired my non-functional hard top convertible at 1/8 the price the dealer quoted me. We're lucky to have him.

Our car broke down while traveling for vacation. AJ brought our car in took a quick look wasn't gonna charge us anything we paid him anyways! Super nice, friendly and informative!!! Highly recommend!!!! Thank you so much for your time AJ.

I recently took my car to A J's Automotive to have work done. The owner was very knowledgeable about cars, and I appreciated that he answered my questions. I wasn't sure if my car was needing a lot of work done to it, but when he completed what needed to be addressed, I drove home feeling confident with his work.

Best German car repair within a hundred miles. AJ is super knowledgeable and does good work. He cares and will give you a fair price. He tries to save you money where he can so you don't do unnecessary work. The work he does can seem expensive, but it's better to get it fixed correctly the first time. Maintaining a BMW can be expensive, but done properly can extend the life of your car considerably.

AJ did good work quickly and for a fair price. That's already awesome, but what sets him even farther apart is his friendliness and willingness to go beyond for a good customer experience. I got into a pickle with my transportation on the day of my appointment and AJ & Hannah went out of their way to make sure I didn't get stranded. They do stuff the right way, highly recommend.

Since moving to Grass Valley two yrs ago, I thought I had a reliable mechanic.... He had been servicing my Mini Cooper but I always had to bring it back due to something or another. This last time, I decided not to go back after he did not put my sensors back on my brakes....I found out later that I had been overcharged for my brakes by $500.... being a woman, and black; this just disgusts me. If you had the experience as stated, I don't think the sensors would have been missed.

This is by far the most professional auto repair shop I've ever been to. The customer service was excellent, I was greeted when I walked in the doors. They took real good care of my bmw and fixed all the issues I was having. This is the only place I take my car. I highly recommend anyone with a bmw to take their car here.
