Janelle is wonderful. I would not recommend this institution as a whole. Their practices are a bit archaic and the day to day customer service is lacking. They have had a high turnover and the staff is not in touch with the clientele on a personal level. Why choose a small Bank if you do not receive personalized service?? I have been with TCBK for over 15 years and I am now searching for a replacement.

Great service and the staff is amazing I’ve been with them a long time. Never had to wait for them. They know me by my name. How great is that for a bank!

Many thanks to Sheryl for helping me with a service charge due to a returned check (due to my part time gig making a mistake by issuing reimbursement checks and then canceling said checks). I used mobile deposit for the check (a small small amount) but was issued a replacement check by Tri Counties via mail at a $10 charge (even though I still had the original check). After not being given too much warmth and kindness over at Natomas (granted, it was 9am on a Monday) when inquiring about how to reverse said charge, they noted that I had to call my "home" bank to see if they'd reverse the fee at their discretion (weird policy, right? Isn't money in the cloud...why I got a "home" bank haha). Anyways, after calling the wrong Tri Counties in Roseville (who also was really kind) they transferred me to Sheryl who took care of things and didn't make me feel like some crook trying to pass a bad check. This branch and Folsom (still number 1) are my favorites, no question. Once again, give Sheryl my props...she kept me from transferring my money elsewhere after the kinda coldness I got from Natomas which was shocking given I've had pretty good experiences with them in the past. In today's world with all that's going on, last thing someone needs is to be made to feel like a crook (even if that wasn't the intent). All is well!!!

I have been with TCBK since 2010 and I will go to no other bank as long as they are up and running. That having been said, I made a deposit in the bank yesterday and today when I checked my online banking, the deposit had disappeared! More frantic than I would have been were this not the times of COVID 19 and unemployment, I called the bank's main line and was lucky enough to get customer service representative Jessica. She went through everything with me, calmed my frayed nerves, and explained how sometimes deposits don't get credited right away due needing to be received by two different departments. She confirmed my receipt of deposit from the day before and assured me it would be righted. When I checked an hour later my deposit was back and 45 minutes later, Jessica called in to make sure I knew the problem had been corrected. Great Job TBCK and Great Job Jessica!

First off, amazing redesign, the building looks professional and gorgeous! Second: the staff. Janelle worked with me and gave me the best advice and was the nicest person when I first opened my savings account. Louis & Matt go above and beyond for me and are some of the most polite and engaging staff I've ever met. Been banking here for over 10 years, and I stay for the Employees 100%. Tri Counties always has my back every time I've ever encountered an issue :)

Nia, the branch manager for Roseville Tri-Counties is amazing in every way. She goes above and beyond for everyone. My experience with this branch has always been filled with competence, efficiency, and most of all compassionate service. My highest praise and thanks for TCBK Roseville.

The tellers are super helpful, friendly, and nice. I like going to this bank because they put a smile on my face because going to the bank is not always a fun thing to do. Thanks gang for being courteous, and kind and most of all cheerful!

This morning I visited Tri Counties Bank on Pleasant Grove in Roseville for a specific purpose related to budgeting. Jasneil actively listened to my situation, explained the options offered by Tri Counties, and at my request, offered his recommendation. Just what I was looking for. Tri Counties on Pleasant Grove (Roseville, CA) is professional, exceedingly knowledgeable, and friendly/kind. If you are looking for a bank, I recommend Tri Counties Bank. A special shout out to Kristian for bringing me a cup of coffee in a complimentary Tri Counties mug. I also really appreciate AaJay for his professionalism and prompt service.

This review is for the Tri Counties location at 3700 Douglas Blvd., Roseville. I have been a customer for years. I needed help with a money transfer to get a man some needed medication. I had help from several employees but over the top help from Vincent the Branch Manager and Janelle Senior Banker Business Development. We worked through the situation, one that was not common, with their extra help and guidance, were able to get the very needed funds transferred. The kind of bank customer service you did not think existed any more still does at Tri Counties Bank. I can't thank you enough Vincent and Janelle for coming through when it was a very real emergency.
