I'm not sure who helped me. But the person at the front desk was super knowledgeable and hooked me up with samples to try before buying. He also knew his stuff as far as products I was looking for based on my description. I will for sure be going back there.

Shaun is so passionate and caring when it comes to health and nutrition! I am a firm believer in listening to your body and asking for help to makes changes from people who walk the walk and talk the talk. Shaun has counselled me on numerous physical challenges and fitness needs from body building, to crossfit performance, inflammation and digestive support. His approach is always to gain a deep understanding first then to offer solutions; be it food consumption, what kind of food to eat when, supplementing where food leaves gaps, and so on. I am SO grateful for his expertise and kindness!!

I give zero stars to them. They are robbers, they charged me for isolfex choclate flavour 5 lbs for $90 and it comes for less than $70 on Amazon. I expect people to be honest and trasnparent, he almost fooled me. I willl never go to Total Nutrition again and never ecommedn anyone to go there.The difference if little too much, I could support small buisness for some small difference. I didnt open the boxes yet, I need to return the products, let me know if I can come.

Amazing customer service, been to a few nutritional/supplement shops and this is by far the most friendly and knowledgeable places I've been to. They don't try to sell things down your throat. You definitely feel helped and leave the store knowing your Bettering yourself. Not to mention the awesome deals on your first visit!

Had a great experience at Total Nutrition. They are very helpful and are there to help you reach your personal goals. They provide much more insight on specific products that I personally need, and what will work for me. They also have an In Body testing machine that you can use for free! They also provide free meal plans and samples!

Referred here by my trainer...... Waited in the parking lot until 10 for them to open now 10:10 and no sign of any employee to open the store!!! Both google and phone recording say open at 10. Guess they just lost some business.... and I just wasted some time! I knew I should have just ordered on amazon like I usually do. Or just go next door and get stuff they have protein/bcaa/preworkout there for low prices
