I’ve been shopping there since the 90’s. It’s gone to the theme of poor attitudes and high prices. Unfriendly employees and a company that could care less. The employees are latently aggressive much less ignore you as you visit the store.

Boy, has the store gone down in both quality and value. The Meat department is great; but, like every other department in the store, if you call for something, they do not answer the phone and you're on hold for 10 minutes before someone finally asked to call them to answer. Their produce has declined dramatically. We got home and in one day the lettuce turned, their fruit is not good for much more than 24 hours, and their selection has declined. This used to be a great family store; but, there is much less selection Today and the quality quality of fruits and vegetables is marginal at best. The attitude of many of the employees also leaves much to be desired. There are a few really good people there; Ben, on the whole, the experience is much better and value as much higher at Safeway. This is too bad because we are longtime customers.

You need to fix your website ASAP. It's been unable to allow online shopping for over a week. You have excellent employees, but apparently horrid IT.

Patricia at self checkout was rude. We asked about why scanner was not scanning organic produce item code and she got snippy. She scanned all items tossing them down, then went to another customer and made rude comments. That may be the closest store for us, but not a welcoming grocer.

When going through checkout with my boyfriend, we had mainly food items and then a case of mixed drinks.Matt, the cashier asked for his ID of course which my boyfriend, 28, gave him. He used to live in Colorado so his drivers license is from there as well, a 2018 one. Matt proceeded to grab a book that showed 2023 State ID's and looked for a while and said my boyfriends ID isn't valid. I told him that it's his valid government ID from the DMV in Colorado, to which Matt said "do you want to argue or get your stuff".We asked for a manager but he said that she would just back him up on his claim. I gave him my ID and my passport card as well in case he was going to say mine was a fake, and said that he could use mine. He gave a bunch of attitude back and said "you have to pay for it then"My boyfriend again asked for a manager due to Matt's attitude. The manager came over and again said "sorry, he said it wasn't valid so that's what it is" Matt then started to smirk at us, and when I asked him to not do that as it's not professional, he completely denied. I gave both my ID's to the manager and then they were able to check us out but had zero problem with my boyfriend carrying the alcohol. We even asked them to scan his ID. Maybe your employees need to be trained that 2023 ID's aren't going to be the same as a 2018 ID. My CA ID doesn't look like the ones as today as it's from 2016. Proper training on how to de-escalate a situation as well, rather than escalate it further by arguing with your customers is also something that needs to be gone over. All in all, I'll go to Safeway where they've never given us an issue, and they can scan your ID, or really any other establishment than this Raleys. If I could give zero stars I would but at least the manager had good customer service.

This is my favorite place to shop as the staff are super friendly. My favorite staffers include Ashley, Rebecca, and Steve as they are the nicest people you could ever meet. Really knowledgeable and just awesome customer service all around. The store is also nice and bright with shelves well stocked. And if you haven't tried the cinnamon buns I highly recommend them as they taste great. Thank you

I don't normally do my ECart shopping at the GB store but I wanted to give a shout out to my personal shopper. I'm sorry that I didn't catch her name but she was as sweet as can be and made sure that if there was something that wasn't available she found a comparable product that was. Communication is the key! I've shopped various Raley's and Bel Air's using ECart and some have been horrible. There was zero communication and the produce they chose was terrible. Not with this lady! She did and excellent job and should be commended for her attention to details.

Can't believe how incredibly rude the lady working the deli was! I asked for a fork and hot sauce and she got extremely upset for no reason and i was so nice the whole time. Maybe having a bad day? Regardless, ill find another deli next time

I am sooo tired of being ignored at the salad deli. The guy looks at me and walks down to the sandwich shop. I just left. No salad for me. No sale for you.

I came in today to order a sandwich before the playoff game and Cassandra was amazing! Fantastic customer service and great recommendations for a veggie sandwich! I love the granite bay location and their staff! Keep up the good work!

Hard to believe all the good reviews at this Raleys, terrible produce selection and higher priced than any place else. Will not be shopping here again.

Although it's a little bit of a mess outside due to ongoing construction, the store is open and we had no problems finding the items we were looking for and checking out.
