I absolutely LOVE this store. Managers and staff are very friendly. I just wish there was a checkout system when you buy alcohol. Theres been times where we’ve waited in like for 15-20 just for a a couple of single cans of beer. Other than that, LOVE THIS PLACE!

Do the employees in the Deli get scheduled breaks, away from the customers? Deli worker found hiding from customers. Then he looks as though he's annoyed at having been interrupted. He needs to come out and smile and say, "Hello, nice to see you. How may I help you?" Instead of looking like he has been horse-whipped.
RALEY'S, you NEED TO TEACH your EMPLOYEES CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS - real skills! They need professional training - an hour a day for 2 weeks, then again every 3 months, non-stop, year-round - SCORED training modules on the computer. Then, they need to practice with one another till they get it right and it becomes 2nd nature. RALEY's, people are not BORN customer service reps, YOU NEED TO TRAIN 'EM! Capische?
Do it, or your store will continue to lose customers.

This review is not for the store, but for one employee at this store. Her name is Ashley and she is the best sandwich artist I’ve seen in such a long time and definitely the best at this store. No one seems to understand how to make a proper sandwich except her. She deserves a raise, a tip, and this shout out to her. Thank you for being so good at what you do.

Really pleased with the meat department- the guys working there were stellar and wrapped a beautiful prime rib for me today. Can’t wait to serve it for Christmas dinner! Thanks, meat dudes!

I’ve been shopping there since the 90’s. It’s gone to the theme of poor attitudes and high prices. Unfriendly employees and a company that could care less. The employees are latently aggressive much less ignore you as you visit the store.

Boy, has the store gone down in both quality and value. The Meat department is great; but, like every other department in the store, if you call for something, they do not answer the phone and you're on hold for 10 minutes before someone finally asked to call them to answer. Their produce has declined dramatically. We got home and in one day the lettuce turned, their fruit is not good for much more than 24 hours, and their selection has declined. This used to be a great family store; but, there is much less selection Today and the quality quality of fruits and vegetables is marginal at best. The attitude of many of the employees also leaves much to be desired. There are a few really good people there; Ben, on the whole, the experience is much better and value as much higher at Safeway. This is too bad because we are longtime customers.

You need to fix your website ASAP. It's been unable to allow online shopping for over a week. You have excellent employees, but apparently horrid IT.

Patricia at self checkout was rude. We asked about why scanner was not scanning organic produce item code and she got snippy. She scanned all items tossing them down, then went to another customer and made rude comments. That may be the closest store for us, but not a welcoming grocer.
