“Update: The owner of this UPS store personally called me after I posted reviews and filed a complaint with UPS. She was AWESOME. She was very helpful, empathetic, and went the extra mile to help locate my package. She filed a tracer and UPS found my package and got it eventually to its destination, given many days late. For that, I have updated my review to a 4. Committed owner, hopefully that commitment can permeate to the store’s managers and staff.
Original Post: This store has among the worst customer service I have ever seen, I do not recommend. A lot of these other reviews appear to be fake and paid for by the owner. There are many other stores in the area, all of which I’m certain would be better. I paid $100 for 2 day shipping, a week later the package still had not arrived. I called UPS customer service and they referred me to a UPS Store. I went in to a UPS Store (a closer store) and they referred me to the originating store (this location). This location told me that UPS Customer Service, the other UPS Store, and the internet lied, and they could not help because “they are just a franchise.” This was after waiting on hold for 15 minutes and getting bounced between three people all who were rude, had no accountability, and seemed to know nothing about tracking a package - a basic ask for UPS.”
“This place is great. The people inside are super nice, and they packed everything great. But what really took the cake for me was the free label printing. That’s right, if you have your label ready to go, they will print it for free. I’ll be visiting this place again for sure.”
“Today I experienced excellent customer service at this location. The employee's name is Ryan and he greeted me as I walked in. I was not there as a 'regular' customer. I went in to return a medical device in a pre-paid shipping box and had no intention to purchase anything. I mentioned that one of the monitors I was returning was still 'beeping' (couldn't get it to stop) Ryan patiently re-opened the box and was able to stop the beeping. Several people had entered the store after me so it was starting to get busy. He treated me like I was a regular, paying customer and gave me a return receipt. I experience service like this once in a while but, sorry to say, lots of businesses don't understand true customer service. I thought this was important enough to recognize Ryan and hopefully UPS management will also recognize him for the exemplary employee that he is.”
